Awww yes! The younger people they do the procedure you did, they use cadaver parts for older people (53). Also learned your procedure takes longer 😮 you’re a champ.
Hello! Thanks for sharing you experiences with us. I've a question to ask. I've complicated my one month post op tomorrow. I was having a pretty good progress with minimal pain untill the stitches were out and I pushed my leg to get 120° flexion and it started a sharp paining in my Femur when I bend it. So I stopped my exercises for 2 days and now it's better. This is the second time I had such pain while exercising. Is this normal? What's your opinion on it like what should I do while such pain occur? Sorry for my english. Cheers!
Hey Akash, how's it going? So from my experience I have really good days exercising it, as in there is no pain and feel like I'm moving around really good and I also have really bad days where I have sharp pain in my knee and at the top of my knee where my femur begins and at the top of my hip sometimes. But on those days I tend to take a step back for a day or two. And when I do go back after resting it I feeling pretty good. So I think what your doing by taking a day or two off is perfect! I think we can exercise it all we want but it still has to heal inside, ya know? Anyways what type of surgery did you have? h
@@contardientertainment4057 Thanks bro! Don't know why but after going through you reply I feel like this is the clarification that I wish to hear from my surgeon. Your words have encouraged me a lot. I have an acl surgery and I'm 1 month post op. Thanks mate!
