This video made me not lose my hopes. I have a tear in my meniscus and my acl. I'm so glad I can go back to sports after surgery, I just have to recover for a while. This video made me so happy, thank you :)
@@mikehokage4085 2days were hard after operation....now only pain is during exercise.... it's hard to sleep.... it's too hard to use bathroom....but yes u r right we can only go up from here
I tore my acl twice. The first time I tore it was in a football game and it was only the acl. The second time I was cleared too early and ended up tearing my acl again and my meniscus in 2 places also. LISTEN TO WHAT YOUR DOCTOR SAYS GUYS!!!
I injured my my knee a month ago, I went back playing basketball and re-injured myself and this time I couldn't bend my knee at all. I got an MRI done the week after and the doctor told me that I had completely torn my ACL and torn my meniscus. My surgery is in 3 days and I'm going through so much emotions right now. I pray that I get a quick recovery and back to doing sports.
Thank you for the inspiration!! I’m going through the same injury now, my surgery’s tomorrow and this really boosted my hopes for getting back to sports again by next year and so on. This video really shows how hard you’ve worked to rebuild your strength!!!

I have a complete tear of my ACL, a complex medial meniscus tear and a complex lateral meniscus tear where the bone is backwards. I’m 12 years old and childrens hospital is backlogged so surgery might be in 3-6 months followed by 9-12 months of rehab. This video made me hopeful

I got acl tear suddenly when I was only walking fastly I ignored it ,after some time I was standing and suddenly my whole knee twisted I will never be able to forget that day and later instead of X Ray I went for MRI that big horrible machine and later it was declared that acl tear + bucket handle tear now both of them paining a lottttt .Worst experience of life. I know how I tolerated it and how it was so difficult for me to sleep as not a single posture was comfortable. 😢
Doc says There is a radial tear at the anterior body of the lateral meniscus at the inner margin. Can someone please explain which zone my tear is and will it heal?
I tore my acl, mcl, pcl, meniscus and fractured my lower femur almost 3 years ago in 2019 September. Didn’t get surgery until January and was fully recovered in about a year.
And my mcl healed on its own and I couldn’t walk for about 3-4 weeks after my surgery but was fine and wanting to get back on the field within 6months lol
