Correct me if I'm wrong, but basically this little monster kills most bandsaws, recip saws, table saws, jig saws, scroll saws, chop saws, all in one go?
I was stuck on the power trigger UNTIL I watched your video, BAM! followed your actions and it works perfectly! My stand is in the vertical configuration and it looks like adding the work plate is all i have left! THANK YOU so much!
I just bought one and set it up. It takes a bit of final adjusting the saw to get it in a square position, but this stand is impressive. The trigger mount stud can accept a nut on the end of the threads after it is installed which locks the trigger mount stud (for lack of actual name) solidly in place. This stand will fit the bill for sure and looks very well made.
Thanks! I was thinking the same. I have WEN and my cheap bolt-up aluminum strut stand works, but would like the dual purpose the Hercules offers. Very much appreciate your feedback on the WEN fitting! Thanks.
You convince on the purchase of this stand. I look at a few videos on this product and no one has done a video on the vertical setup, good example of the capability cutting of plates.
I'm glad you were able to find one, I haven't found a store near me that has any, everyone i find is like 200+ miles away! Lol. Im thinking they're waiting for the grand entrance of the Hercules portable "battery" bandsaw before they restock these Hercules portable band saw stands. I heard that was supposed to have happened at the end of july beginning of August, now who knows when... Congrats on getting one👏 Take Care and God Bless 🙏 Have Fun my friend!
The Swag style vertical b/s makes total sense.. its a fairly safe way to freehand cut metal, so yeah, good. But this thing.. by the time you buy the saw and the attachment you’re well on the way to buying a decent used real bandsaw that’ll cut straight with nice/solid clamps, auto-off, 3/4”+ blade and a big ‘ol industrial motor. (And they seem quieter than the Bauer portabands)
Nice piece. Already have a converted wood band saw and cold chop saw. But I can see where this would come in handy away from home. Does it say it works with Milwaukee battery saw? Like the music.
Is there anything that can be cut on your band saw setup shown here that I couldn't cut on either my 7.5" or 12" sliding miter saws with a high quality metal cutting blade?
I just got mine and I'm beyond disappointed. Yeah... it cuts metal, but I can't get it to make square cuts to save my life. I've adjusted it for hours. The blade "walks" as it goes down through the material.
I'm working on 'adjusting' mine also. It's like the blade wants to twist. I have been cutting some 3" pipe, thick wall, and it cuts it fine. but not square. One side of the pipe will be longer than the other due to the angle of the cut. I haven't given up yet! ;)
I recently came across your UA-cam channel and was impressed by its aesthetics. However, upon further examination, I noticed several areas that could benefit from improvement. Specifically, I found issues related to SEO, rank tags, and tag volume that appear to be incomplete. It's clear that there is room for enhancement in various other aspects as well. Just bought one. Was hesitant because it didn't list WEN as a compatible saw but it worked using the Hercules hardware. Good stand.

Just got mine. Assembly tomorrow!
Thanks for the review. I'm so getting one of those.
I’m impressed with it and how well it cuts

I too am impressed, and I purchased a Hercules cordless band saw to go with the mount. Having trouble with the switch, that's why I am here. ;)
How’s the Hercules band saw?
Works great!!

True but not portable.
Harbor Freight sells foot pedals also.

Like the music.
I haven't seen any reviews that mention the cut capacity for this thing in a 45 and 60 degree angle. Do you have those measurements?

Great job
Why no cutting oil?
could i get your milwaukee table bolts? im missing the m5x35 bolt

I was wondering about this does it bolt down onto the table?

I had to turn volume down because of annoying loud guitar
I’m very disappointing on my purchase of this I think it’s junk
