    I enjoyed all the participation. Class is amazing, the scenarios could not be any closer to the REAL exam. The scenarios step by step explanation could not be make any easier for all coding levels or even a refresher. This YT webinar is one of the best confident builders. Ms. Rochell & MS. Tracy couldn’t make learning any simpler. These ladies are excellent instructors.

    I appreciate all the work you had put into making these lectures and sharing them for future coders. I feel so much more confident going into my exam and your explanations always give me a "ah-ha" moment. Reading these guidelines on my own, I was heading to a burn-out but you ladies simplify in a way I can understand and the questions at the end solidify that things are clicking. Thank you!

    Hi, AMCI team. I just want to say, you are my favorite UA-cam channel in general. I LOVE the approach of you all's teaching! Everything. I truly wish I had taken your courses then the route I did. However, there is always room to grow and when I take any other medical coding & billing courses, or anything AMCI offers that fits me, I defiantly will be choosing AMCI. I am so horrible at social media, commenting, liking, subscribing, notifications, however I do not miss an episode of AMCI. I have watched every video on your channel just about. I have learned more from your you tube then my own school ...... and for that I am thankful because I actually UNDERSTAND what you are teaching and saying. Thanks again AMCI!!!!!

    I would like to say thank you for all of your videos you made. I was able to passed my exam on 01/18/20 by watching your videos twice. I knew I was ready to pass it because of you questions examples were quite similar to their. I would like to also recommend for these videos to be done in Spanish due to we do not have any on UA-cam. When I was in room on the exam date, I ran into so many Spanish speakers stating they found the exam difficult due to the inability to fully understand what was being asked. If you would like, I could help with the Spanish program..

Just wanted to mention that when we code for immunization, with counseling we assign code 90460 for each component of each vaccine, in the Exercise for 18 years old female that got two vaccine each one has one comp IIV and Meningococcal B 11 in this case the push code would be 90460x2. • @AMCICurriculumDirectorMrsJay
      @AMCICurriculumDirectorMrsJay 4 роки тому

      Hi Shilpa: Codes 93016 and 93018 are professional components, and 93015 is a technical component. Our task is to code for the professional services. Does this help?

    • @amciinstructor-ms.rochell1481
      @amciinstructor-ms.rochell1481 4 роки тому +1

      Hello SHILPA KELKAR , Thank you so much for the wonderful comment.
      To answer your question, code 93015 is a Global code(which includes the tech/use of machine and the professional services). However, in the scenario the cardiac testing was done in a hospital. Therefore since we are to code for the professional services only, we only code 93016 and 93018 for the services rendered by the doctor.
      I hope this helps, great question!

    • @AMCICurriculumDirectorMrsJay
      @AMCICurriculumDirectorMrsJay 4 роки тому

      Hi Amrutha.... 93015 is a global code. Anytime you use 93015 the following has to have been done; Equipment (e.g. treadmill) [Technical Component], AND Supervision and Interpretation (Professional Component). So both Technical and Professional components are required to use the code. Now lets look at under what circumstance will that happen? There are only 2 circumstances: The physician has to own the facility and provide professional services, OR The Facility (outpatient) has to employ the physician who will provide the professional services. The latter is less likely, because most professionals are not employed by facilities. I hope this helps.
