Yeah, this is a perfect lockdown paradise..😁 businesswise, this is also perfect for a venue for weddings and other parties esp. now during pandemic. Very private and a venue/reception area rolled into one! Then, as an owner, if you wanted to visit and have a vacation in here once in a while, you can. Everything is possible! 😁😁😁
Perfect? For that price, I'd want central air conditioning with germicidal air purification; those indoor AC units are an eyesore. Not having banisters is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Also, cover all that exposed roof with solar panels and have them provide energy to a Tesla Powerwall. At least the house has a proper indoor laundry room. The basketball court would be unusable in the rain, especially with water flowing down the ramp; make it an indoor court with wooden flooring. The adjacent carport could easily be covered. I continue to be puzzled by having closets directly attached to bathrooms: Humidity and eventual plumbing leaks pose a threat to stored clothes and other items. In the master bathroom, someone on the toilet won't have privacy if the spouse is using the vanity or if a servant is putting away clothes.
Imagine, living in that property. Then you have the authority to choose where you want to take your online class

The house tour, as usual has been nothing short of spectacular thanks to Julia and the rest of the Presello team. This house... I mean estate tour makes my imagination run wild. I'm back to my "if I were rich" thinking cap.
The estate looks awesome! I'd have to be a billionaire to buy this estate as this requires a lot of money to maintain, not to mention take care of the annual land tax. Since the estate has its own water source, I'd place a small water treatment plant to recycle the water. Also, I will install a solar panels on every roof (including the one on the basketball court) to the point that the estate has its own power source.
Since it has a humongous space outside the actual house, I'll also put a space for a vegetable farm, fruit farm and fish farm! This estate has that kind of potential. I 'd also renovate the house to look ultra modern. More floor to ceiling glass walls (if the building structure would allow it), It'd put modern looking blinds instead of curtains; the Machuca tiles are great with both kitchens and bathroom/ powder room floors and subway tiles for the backsplash (one black and the other white ) of the kitchen and bathroom walls.
I'd also put modern railings on the stairs. It could be made of glass or modern design steel railings. The aquarium will be supersized to cover the receiving area.
This house has lots of potential to be awesome! It looks like it was built in the early 2000s. It just needs a modern facelift and self sustaining amenities!

Even though this house is so huge it is not creepy, the vibes is really good unlike other houses that is also huge. The layout of the house is not confusing 👍.(Kung baga hindi ka maliligaw)
I like the pool and garden area which has a lot of trees. I also like the sizes of the bedrooms and toilet and bath, so huge.
Pwede ka nang magjogging at magbike sa loob ng property mo 😍, love it.
Overall I like this Massive house and lot 💖. But there is also some things that need some improvement.

Well, glad to hear that the owners are taking the furniture. The next owner needs a interior designer, the bathrooms all need to be gutted, the basketball court needs to be torn down (eyesore) and a professional landscaper is needed to redo the landscaping. Confused with the chapel and the stairs with no railings! This house and property has a lot of potential. Love your channel Julia!

Fck that. The neighbors would definitely file complains to you because those gardens tends to attract many pests and insects. Add in the fact that those can be breeding ground of snakes and other potential dangerous animals especially with a big land such as this one.

When you and your wife had a fight and she tells you to leave all you have to do is move into another wing for a couple of days.
Renovated n yata kakatakot tumira sa super laking bahay ,mansion.
Dapat may railings ang stairs para may kapitan kung mhulog o mdapa ka .
Still one of the most relaxing videos out there to watch. Kahit alaws pambili parang naexprerience mo na rin yung bahay.
The way they have a place allotted to their pets say a lot about the owners of the house. ❤️ its like a Mansion project that has so much love put into it. When Julia explained all rooms has ensuite jacuzzi each, i felt like the owner is really thoughtful.(not to mention…crazy rich)

How it build? Good question and very easy to answer.. They built that mansion very easy if you have money. Ang mga constructors at carpenters kaya nga nilang gawin tapusin amg mga matataas na buildings yan mansion pa kaya two storey lang naku po very easy if you have a millions or billion

Grabe imagine paying the 2% property taxes yearly for this 380m pesos house. That alone is a fortune. Anyway, no matter how rich I am, I would not own a property this huge.
I think from a business perspective you can use the property as a business venture.. like a retreat house or event space.. it has all the rooms, amenities and space.. you can convert the basketball court to an indoor event space and make the garden area an outdoor space.. of i had the money i would buy this property because of its numerous potential

Okay...that was a huge estate. Feels like i am in Beverly Hills..like the properties/mansions i saw that are for sale in Zillow. This has kind of vibe and i so love it. Only that it needs help from Interior Decorators for a more modern decor. If deep well was already installed, then next is the solar panels for solar energy and solar lamps all throughout the property including the fences and the gates so it will be self sustaining. If this will be mine, i will add a vegetable garden. Then as my children are already adults, the playground will be converted into a helipad..(naks..😁). If i have that amount of money..why not?..😁😁😅

This for sure needs the best interior designers out there. I mean, it's basically a billionaires house but compared to other videos i've watched, the interiors of this one is pretty messed up.
I feel like they built the house, ran out of money and couldn't spend money on the interiors.
This is what happens when your taste and creativity don't measure up to your ability to afford a mansion as big as this. If not for the sheer size of the property, nothing else really made a huge impression at least to me. The owner is smart to let go of this property already; obviously a waste of potential if he/she decided to keep it. This house deserves a new owner who wouldn't scrimp on hiring an interior designer.
I hope the new owner will invest in landscaping the whole property including the interior because as it is the house feels SOUL-LESS and MESSY.

Yes, the mentainance cost of this property is enormous it will take time to sell this house as the interior is very old and the buyer should totally renovate this house.

I’m sure all the materials used in this mansion is top notch, but in present time, it’s pretty outdated. It needs renovations to keep up with the times. And I don’t know why somebody really need all those rooms. To me, it’s a waste of money especially if it was not frequently used. I like the lot, but not the building. So, if I own this property, I will level the house, start anew, maybe a Balinese themed house with a resort-like ambiance and use the extra land area for a really nice garden, (more like a botanical garden), also with resort-like swimming pool, that way, I will never need to feel to even go somewhere for rest and relaxation. Invite friends and family to just enjoy and have fun! That, to me, will be pure bliss and happiness!

For a mansion, it has a small walk in closet. But the house as a whole is simple. And the bathtubs don't look as if they have used it.

Ostentatious to the point of being obnoxious. I appreciate Julia's professionalism in showing off the house but it is such a tacky mess that I can literally imagine the "biglang-yaman" owners of this house looking through every glossy architecture magazine, pointing at everything and telling their designer and architect : i want a theater and a dance studio and a jacuzzi in every banyo. And its not as if the house looks rich. The lay-out with all the hallways feels like a hospital. White walls, blah flooring, oh my god those ORANGE toilet finishes, columns in an 8-foot clearance foyer so that they look punggok and the ceilings look even lower... yikes. I don't even want to go into the decor cuz, well, there's nothing worth mentioning.
And for 380Mil? Maybe as an investment, turn it into an event space. But as a living space? Meh.

I'm a decorator myself, and have seen many "mayaman" properties, so i have points of comparison. The taste levels of someone who's always had money and exposure to finer things usually shows. As do the taste levels of those who don't.
as what my former professor says "there's no Wow factor" 😂😂😂. it's just the property is too big but nothing fancy in terms of architectural and interior design. even the furnitures looks normal. not even sure if this is located inside a high-end subdivision or normal subdivision at least. and maybe you're right, this property is owned by either a corrupt politician or biglang yaman people with a very poor design taste 😂. just saying.

Hmm, i dunno. I usually like your featured properties for my usual daydreaming sessions (like most of us lol), but this one hits different. It felt like the interior was not properly designed. Yung mga sinks were just cement finishes with tiles and the water valves below them are exposed. Also, the aquarium and bar on the 2nd flr landing is off. Sayang yung space and the vibe is depressing. Ako lang ba or mej borderline funeral chapel yung feels? Nakakatakot siya. 🤭
