The architect of this house deserves applause. The house is well laid out. Some modern homes does not have the ease of access of this beautiful mansion. Although the interior,especially of that of the bedrooms, feel dated. A little sprucing up and this mansion would feel like a 5-star hotel in the Caribbean or in downtown Paris.
$3.4M is a reasonable asking price fo this mansion, it’s almost 12K sq ft! But, the bathrooms needs major renovations.
Grabe, I'm blown away of this house! The wainscoting and all that crown molding, uPVC windows and cabinetry, plus the "immaculately maintained" condition of the house. If I have 170M, this would be the house for me! Thanks Presello for showing this wonderful masterpiece.

This house reminds me sooo much of Dynasty's Carrington Manor! ✨ This house is gorgeous, would just probably have minor alterations with some of the furniture, soft furnishings, decors and lay-out to keep up with current times but overall very beautiful house. 😍✨

I don't usually like big houses because I think it's impractical. But the lines of this house are "so clean". I also noticed that they're using electric fans instead of ACs which means that this house is well ventilated just like the Filipino-hispanic houses. I can't blame Julia if she can't stop admiring it.

I like the way Presello presents a house tour for sale. Here in the States buyers prefer to tour a house for sale that is uncluttered with personal things & just the right amount of furniture that is easy for the eyes to look at in every room or space. Doing this marketing concept creates more offers from buyers. Again, this is based on the American concept of marketing. I don't know much about the Philippine marketing concept of selling a house but Presello seems to presents a similar marketing strategy the way we do it here.
This house is gorgeous. I adore how the high ceilings are CENTERED with the stairs leading to the bedrooms! I think it made the house look even more spacious. Also, the lighting seem to be in good condition which is really important 👌

I love white walls and uncluttered home that is not bursting with furnitures. it is easier to imagine myself in such a home if it is not filled with knickknacks. . I like built-in shelving and cabinets. The only thing that could use updating are the shower area

The video as usual, is very informative and entertaining. Yes, the property is spick and span but there are certain essentials in today's living that are missing. I don't think Julia missed out on showcasing this. The price seems a bit steep hence the dislike classification. I love the video. Its the property I find lacking. It's a lovely house. It cost like $2.6M. Hmmm, I'm still undecided if I buy my secondary house in the Philippines or in Summerlin, Nevada. My families made my mind bewildered. Other say Philippines & the other side said Las Vegas.
Why not in Austin, Texas. There's a lot houses for sale within gated community very secured one to live.

Very Casa Blanca indeed! The entire house is magnificent! Every details are gorgeous! The walls are so perfect even the high ceiling. Minor problem is that the bathrooms need some renovations. The masters bathroom is okey. Hmm, what else, no space for toddlers if ever the buyer meron anak na bata. The swimming pool accupied the whole backyard. It's ok kung ang bata marunong mag swim 😉✌
Total super spacious naman ang sala, pwede sila maglaro doon. 😉
