This property is dope! Nifty, cozy, well-thought of. The ledge near the windows and the cover/roof over the pathways on the side of the pool - those are nice and considerate touches.
@24:18 is so picture perfect! The mid-century modern chair, the stairs and rock landscape underneath, the plants and light fixtures, everything! I not really a fan of large houses but this one is super elegant and well made. No dull areas, even the daily kitchen looks great!

The entire property is stunningly gorgeous and spectacular, the pool area is a great party place for relatives and friends! Almost perfect if not for the strikingly very very close proximity to VFS ...but other than that I love the house! Superbly presented house by the sophisticated Julia Richards! More Power!!!

As I was watching this, in my mind, this is most likely around 400m+. Then I see the 90m price tag. 90m is not cheap but I thought it's so much more expensive than that. Nice house, seem dark inside though.

Always curious about Julia wearing black in every videos. I don’t know if this is addressed in the past videos. But I think it’s to not distract us and focus on the details of the house instead of her. If that’s it, then that is very well thought off.

The intro is way too long.
That wooden design cat walk ledge at 19:36 stamp looks unsafe and dangerous for anyone to walk on, the drop off is deadly. Why would anyone wants this design in their house ? The archirects, designers and engineers don't consider safety because i see many house designs in the philippines that does not consider safety of the public. Accident can happen.
I'm claustrophobic. I want my house to have natural lights to come in all day. Soo....
then remove the curtains. obviously the homeowners put curtains for privacy reasons
