I've owned a Moto 360 1st gen for the last couple months and I love it. the display isn't the greatest but I don't mind. Easily get a day of battery life even on the heaviest days for me. Performance is surprisingly good. The recent 1.3 update really smoothed things out. And the fact it's $150 now really makes this a fantastic buy. You can't go wrong with either.

I have seen other watches that are round and don't have anything like that. Since the software is all the same, except for the Samsung, it will be the look of the watch that will set them apart. I also don't like the apple watch kinda feels like its trying to replace your phone. idk how to explain it, i don't own one, but from the way they advertise and and the way it feels to use it seems like they want you to do more than just check notifications or reply to stuff through it. It's weird because rather than feel like a companion to the phone, it feels like its trying to take functionality from the phone and make you do it on the watch.

Similar to other GPS HYBRID WAVECEPTOR watches like the Casio GShock GPW -1000 , Casio OCEANUS OCW-G1000, MRG-G1000 Atomic Solar hybrid etc. Thanks !

I think I will get the 42 mm version of the watch. I like the ambient light sensor on it, not like most of the people here. And I think it looks much better than the all around glossy gear S2.
