In today's video we have an awesome Roadtrek 210 popular! This class B RV came all the way from Canada to get a 5" Chevy/GMC suspension lift kit. The results speak for themselves! This chevy 3500 sits much higher than its stock counterpart. allowing for greater ground clearance and less of a risk for ripping up your side skirting which we know are prone be torn up on more aggressive ground of driveways. Weldtec Designs solves that for you so you can focus on having fun with your Roadtrek.
Our 5" lift kit comes standard with a lift block in the rear which keeps the factory ride quality but you can always upgrade your rear end with a set of new progressive leaf springs that are built to the weight of your vehicle to give you are better riding chevy 3500.

Jeremy, it has been a month now since installing the 5-inch lift and it's the best! You/your family, all of your staff, and the fantastic experience from start to finish that we received was so professional! Probably see you next Nov/Dec for the spacers! Happy New Year to everyone at WeldTec Designs!
Thank you so much for the kind words. Glad we could make your experience great. We look forward to seeing you again .
Looking into purchasing a 210... if you don't mind, how much was the ticket for everything done to the van? Want to get a ballpark of what other expenses I will incur. Definitely want to get it down to you guys if and when I purchase one!
Awesome 👍👍👍
All I will say is if you think wheel spacers are needed then I would agree
IDK Why they would discontinue this RV, General Motors still makes express vans. These were creative, the new ones just use a van box with no special changes like how this van is.
Question - we have this roadtrek and the clearance is NOT good. But, it feels top heavy/tippy which has made us worried bout lifting it up. Ours is on the Dodge Ram Promaster Chassis...any advice?
Im looking at an 04 Roadtrek with 46,000 miles and it looks really clean. Guy says it was his grandpa's, took really good care of it, and is willing to let me take it to a chevy dealer to get check out. I already drove it, and it looks very clean and runs well. wants $39,000. Im concerned about the ground clearance, price, lack of 4wd, and reliability. Are there any owners that would chime in on this deal with some advice?
buy it and put a WTD kit on it... Lets have some fun...
I would pay 11 cents for your expertise
That's so kind of you. Thanks
@Jeremy if we go up to 285/70R17 tires, is there a way to make the corrections/adjustments on the trip computer speedometer / odometer in the Chevy Express?
You would have to look into a programmer that would allow you to add gear rations/ tire size and engine.
@@WeldtecDesigns "programmer" as in a person/device/service, or an after market device that I can hunt down... ? 😀
Best to call to book time to bring in my van for the 5" lift? (also driving from Canada)
