This is our first 5" Coilover suspension set up on a Class B RV Chevy Roadtrek. We all know that no one wants to take their Chevy Roadtrek up a bumpy dirt road on stock suspension. Good thing we are able to change that and give your Roadtrek the best ride possible, so getting to your destination is not only fun but comfortable. On this particular van we added some bumpers, lights and a fresh set of wheels & tires. This Roadtrek is an absolute beast and we are very impressed with how it turned out. At first we were unsure of how rad it was actually going to look, but now that it is complete we are in love!

Put the camera on the truck.. keep jabbering but I'd like to see the truck not your head for the entire video..
Hi Jeremy! Awesome job and awesome vid as usual! Love it! I wonder what is the bedliner paint that you used for this job?
This was a kit that you can buy on Amazon, there should be a link in the the comments to our amazon store.
More focused on the guy than the vehicle showcased
How much would it cost to do a four-wheel-drive conversion on a 2007 210 popular Roadtrek
My Dmax Express is in full on envy mode!! You have the coolest builds as far as vans go! What I love even more is how you and Kaiden are so into this. My dad passed when I was 5. Sadly, I don’t remember much about him. I’ve been a gear head since I was a kid, and like to think that maybe I live through him. Kaiden is so lucky to have a kool dad like you! You guys rock!!🤘🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸
Thank you! Glad you love the builds. Its always an awesome time with Kaiden he loves being apart of it.
best dad right hjere man!
Thank you very much for this comment. It is my number one goal.
Awesome build!
But its still only 2 wheel drive....for the speculated money spent?
If you need 4x4 in San Diego, Im worried for you. For most 4x4 is a want, not a need. If oyu have a locker and some driving skill you can get through anything. Use my 4x4 probably 1-2 times a year if that.
Liking that lift 💪👍
Very very nice job
Thank you thank you, we love what we do!
I wanna see a 210 popular lifted
There should be a video coming where we did one. Or bring us yours.... Hehe
Love the Chevy van video variations
Thank you, much appreciated!
@@WeldtecDesigns np bro 😎
What color green is that
No clue lol....green...like a dark green in the woods type of green lol That's my best example because i'm not one with exact color names lol
What year is the roadtrek bro? How much this build and painting cost?
It's an 07 Chevy Express 3500. Off the top of my head I can't remember the final price! But if you were looking too do this on your van we would be happy to come up with an estimate. You can call the shop at 619-596-9831
I’m looking to pick up an Airstream Avenue and do all these exterior upgrades, except the green paint. I’d also love to know a rough cost for that exterior work. Keep up the great work!
What is the slim to none chance that your suspension can be made to go on a 94' GM G20? I would absolutely love to have a new one... but mine is paid for.
It is not compatible and the chances of us making a lift for a G20 is unlikely due to the age of you vehicle.
@@WeldtecDesigns How about a solid axle swap instead of the independent for the GM's?
@@firefighteruppy9121 Unfortunately we are not doing the older vans due to costs usually. We can custom build it but it does get pricey. Thanks for your support.
I have priced roadtrek builds looking at 80ish g's and looking at all the mods between custom wheels and tires, lift, lights, paint and powder coating I am guessing another 20 to 30ish g for all the mods you did after what roadtrek built on to the van. Pretty hefty price tag, but totally worth it. I am hoping to build something like this into my retirement plan so that when I finally can sock away enough to be done working, I can take something like this around the country and get to travel around and camp and hike and see all the amazing stuff you can't see with a daily driver vehicle. Great videos and it's awesome to see you and your son have such a great time, really enjoy your channel!
Thanks for watching! There is so much we can do to one of these for under 10k. Just let us know when your ready and we can help design a build that works for you.
@@WeldtecDesigns cool thanks for the update. Personally I figured I could afford it if a bought a somewhat used cargo van and repurposed the interior imyself. Plus I am all about simplicity and utility. I mean its really cool to see all of these custom builds but personally I want to build a rig with 4x4, finish the back walls in with carpet and insulation, but then have everything in the rear be removable so it can still be used for hauling cargo and just general servicing or gear change outs. So I'm definitely interested!
What kind of rack is that
Sorry what rack are you asking about?
Oops I mean high top
It's from roadtrek so I would imagine it's there's?
Ever put lift and suspension on a ford transit 130wb mid roof?
Nice van
This was a fun build for sure, thanks for commenting!
