    You are right doctor, when eating processed foods energy is lacking a lot and feeling very tired all the time, can't do any work.
    After 30 age, all health issue become chronic, then it leads to hospitalization and intensive treatment.
    Start cooking at home, eat local produce and seasonal fruits and vegetables, good for health and environment too. ❤
    I undergone blood transfusion for extreme iron deficiency, it was hell.
    All bcs of my unhealthy food habit and lifestyle.

    Stating side effects of brown rice but forget to Suggest some millets that are rich in protein..but
    Plainly specify the need of protein...
    This will divert people to expensive protein powders.
    Aware people what u are heard

      Millets are not for everyone. Even women with thyroid should avoid millets. Even EAT Millets too is not for everyone

      ​@@saranyav443 well said this is my personal experience my mom started taking Millets but she had thyroid already which lead her to health issue we came to know the side effects of millets too
      People who have thyroid
      Ulcer
      Less digestion power people should avoid millets
      Millets also lead to stomach bloating and it's will suit for Indian climate not other country climate

      ​@@skylotus213 normal white rice is very good for all generations it's easily digestive and gives calories for maximum people but thing is we should take in limit .millets are suitable for all and daily intake and weekly once we can take 3 millets of it suits for us
