I'm definitely going to try these recipes I always have those size tortillas in my pantry. I'm not a big bread person so I make wraps for myself these are different and not that complicated.
I love taking recipes and playing around them making them my own recipe. With the 1st and the 2nd ones, they reminded me of something I used to order at iHop, Grilled Chicken Floorentine but out of crepes. You just change up some of the ingredients. Prepare the torties like in the video and add onions, mushrooms, bake then cover with hollindase sauce and spinkle chopped parsley. You can add tomatoes if you want. I will try it all 3 ways. I'll try to find more things to add or take away from the original recipes.

I bought a really nice one from Walmart a year ago for $30.. I'm also in ND but anyway it's Tramontina.. No stick/can fill in tree oven up to 425°/ 12inch diameter... I use it all the time!!!
