2 cups of sugar
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt
Zest of 1 lemon
Wet ingredients
1 cup of buttermilk
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1/4 cup of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of cake batter flavor 
3 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
Frosted
1 stick of room temperature unsalted butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla
2 cups of powder sugar
3 teaspoon of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of milk

To make cake flour: Remove two tablespoons of flour from each cup needed and add back in two tablespoons of corn starch. BAM ! Cake flour. The boxed cake flour is seriously over priced.
