- Hi everyone, in this video I take you on an epic 9 day journey up the TALLEST mountain in Africa, Mount Kilimanjaro!!! I will show you what it is ACTUALLY like to climb this mountain and all of its challenges. I had the most amazing experience hiking with Kiliwarriors, we took the 9 day Western Lemosho Breach route . The Western Breach route is by far the most challenging route of the entire mountain but has some of the most rewarding views of glaciers. I highly recommend you watch this video if you are thinking of climbing Mount Kilimanjaro.

OUTSTANDING video, I really like the way you tell a story from the toilet to the dinner table and of course the hiking trail along the way. I"ll be doing the Whiskey trail with a different hiking group next week so your video got me excited and pumped up for my hike. Thank you for sharing.
Did you take the Diamox and if so, were there any noteworthy side effects? I'm doing Lemosho is Sept '23. Great video!
Yes I took Diamox daily, no crazy side effects apart from headaches from time to time. Good luck on your journey!
I did Lemosho in September of 2022 and took Diamox. The only side effect is that its a diarrhetic so you'll be peeing a LOT. Other than that it worked great and made a huge difference on summit night. Also, Lemosho is the most scenic route so make sure to take it all in! Best of luck!
