@@StoryBites. I'm from Auckland originally, but now reside in Sydney Australia. I had a few cafes in Auckland a few years ago, but sold it to move back to Sydney for business and family reasons. I have relatives in ChCh so maybe one day.
I was a chef for 30 years. What they don't show you is the years of of literally making yourself a slave to gain access to the best chefs. Then you learn the techniques and discipline it takes to work on this level. Then you realise your life is out of balance and that becomes the hardest part of it all. Then you start to live.

I quite enjoyed watching this beautiful documentary of such a beautiful soul who is so humble , truly gifted hands and incredible imagination on how to create delight to the taste buds and to the eyes! At a cost that opens up this world to many of us who can part with some of our earnings to sample delectable delights without us breaking the bank. Her story brought tears to my eyes …. Her love and understanding of her parents LOVE 💕. She went forward in life moving forward NOT as a victim of her circumstances BUT TO BLOOM into all her GLORY to create her LIFE worthy of genuine respect from all around her.
