Samuel The Conqueror, I'm french and I agree ah ah I heard on the radio one day that even if most people think french is the language of love... French people think italian is the language of love
I don't see why people are getting so offensive over this video. Being an American myself, I like these products because I grew up eating them. As you can see, the Italians in the video did not, so their taste is very different. People have different tastes. It doesn't mean that they're bashing America or being snobby :)
+Koolkat197 Trust me, they are very snobby. I'm italian and i know this kind of people here in Italy. It's cool for wannabe communists here to criticize everything american!
I'm American, and I don't even like a lot of the things they tried. People are making a big deal over the video when there's really nothing to be mad about.
And i, as an american, expect high standards of living, as little corruption as possible in government, and a highly developed culture. I suspect i would be dissappointed in italy
there always seems to be this animosity between French, Italian and Spanish people, they all seem to think they are better than the other or their food is better than the other countries, so I'm not surprised that some Italian people here think they have better quality food than the French, i'm sure the French would feel the same way about Italian food
I am an Italian American and I can relate to some of the comments of these taste testers. The pop tarts generally taste better if you put them in a toaster which they didn't have. I think that Europeans, in general, are not used to the chocolate and peanut butter combination of a Reese Cup and candy such as Nerds is literally like eating crunchy sugar. However, if you have a sweet tooth you would like the taste of them. They should have tried Hershey's chocolates, Heath Bars, chocolate marshmallow candies, and chocolate caramel candies. I think those candies would have passed the taste test.
Magðalena Hildiglúmursdottir Its just not something they are used to, Thats like if we eat your sweets we may not like them because we are used to our types, but everybody likes different things
I hated most of the sweets that I tried on my trip to France and I also went into Germany and was not a fan. It is just the person. I was raised with American sweets so I like American sweets you like the sweets of where you are because you have been raised with them.
kristin franklin Perhaps it would be better to question why they were given the sweets that people would stereotypically associate with the U.S. Clearly a lot of people feel misrepresented here... I know that I personally think of things like Reese's and Twinkes when I picture American sweets. But, I also think of things like the New York style cheesecake, cobbler, things like that which are actual dessert meals instead of sugar-packed and processed snacks.
***** Pecan pie, blueberry pie, sweet potato pie, pumpkin pie, and key lime pie are all desserts that originated in America. And they are freaking delicious. Get your head out of your ass.
Why not have these foreigners (Italians, Aussies, Brits, Brazilians, Indians, and etcetera) try regional American dishes that most people in those regions appreciate?
Grégory Exactly, it isn't fair how the people pick the random American food to give to the foreigners and then when it's the Americans trying a foreign food they choose the foreign food that's amazing. :/
I'm from Massachusetts, so the Cream Pie, Schrod, Strawberry Rhubarb Pie, the Reuben, Stuffed Quahogs, and Clam Chowder are probably the best examples I can think of right now.
My favorite parts of these videos are reading the comments from people who are angry cause foreigners don't like sweets. Seemly that's a direct indication of hating America. Who'd have thought.
It more of the fact that it puts bad rep on US since they thinks that we only have crappy sweets like this and not true desserts. Also we already get rep for being the fattest country which we aren't.
Think about if you think of the us sweets what is the first thing that comes to mind and I mean things like food not other more important matters like war or racism
So they think the food has too much sugar, who cares. It's such a random thing to be offended by. You hate our candy?! Do you want to stamp on our flag too?! If you read through the comments, that's the mentality of the angry people. Utterly absurd. Pick your battles. This isn't one of them
after 6 years of not living in the states any.ore i totally understand them, here in italy the food is just so much better on every single level imaginable that you can't just go back to appreciating anything in america anymore
For all these people complaining in the comments, have you ever tried packaged italian chocolate or cookies? They tend to be very delacate in flavor, and the chocolate is often dark chocolate. Italian food is world famous for being delicious, so I could understand these people not likeing American sweets. And, as a person living in America, I can say for a fact that many people DO eat these things, especially college students and lower-income people. I have to work really hard to maintain my own weight, because I am constantly surrounded by junk food. America does have fantastic restaurants, but many of them serve international food. Even traditional American meals, like hamburgers, are really not enjoyed by foodies unless they are pretty much covered in vegitables. Traditional "American" food, like hamburgers and hot dogs, are pretty gross to lots of people (including me). Also, if you dislike Reese's,it is probably because of the peanut flavor, which is super strong.
Rachel Wilson The hamburger's names comes from the city of Hamburg, Germany. However it is still uncertain if it is actually German or American so we can't really classify its origin. Dishes such as pancakes or biscuits are different in every country so you can't consider those part of a cuisine. I have no idea if there are any "American" desserts out there.
+Rachel Wilson Barbeque is american? lol. Cakes were mostly imported from europeans, biscuits -> the italian origin of the name rings no bells? (Bis-Cotto, twice cooked). Pancakes probably "american" even tho, pancakes probably did not originate in the US. Countless? elaborate.
Jonathan Tunstall food in italy savor's flavor as food is our specialty high calorie sugar's and treats are not common here sure we have candies but nothing as fatty as america our sweets are things like canoli's or tiramisu or panettone
Guys I was born in England, but my WHOLE family from my mum and my dads side is Italian, I speak fluent Italian and obviously fluent English! It makes me happy to think everyone really loves this language :))
Lauren Crisp I can assure you there attractive and non-attractive people in equal measures. Most people tend to have southern european features, some (especially in the far north and in the southern islands) have Northern European features, such as blue eyes, fair skin or so. Guess it depends
Chi è ancora una ragazza?O.o Anyway, our candies has 130 kcal, the half. It's like two candies in one? I'd eat pasta or pizza or ice cream or even a sandwich instead of that thing!
+Tim Timmy Of course we do, but not always. It depends. You don't put olive oil in pasta al sugo (tomato sauce) because it's already in the sauce, but you do for exemple for pasta with beans or lentils, or with seafood. And it's not like a gallon of oil, just a spoon or so to give mote flavour. I don't know why it sounds so strange to you D:
Viva il patriottismo delle nonne italiane e la nostra nazione(tranne i politici italiani,la mancanza del lavoro in Italia,le buche a Roma che è città italiana...insomma,viva l'Italia!)
Natalie1729 I'm sure it wasn't meant like that. I would say that American sweets on average more sugary and calorific than many others. There's nothing wrong with that- they're called sweets for a reason, but it won't stop others from picking up on it when they're supposed to be talking about them. I'm certain no offence was intended :)
Dear Italians, I also hate all of those sweets. Except the sour patch kids, those are somewhat enjoyable To be fair Italy should stay away from candy. Gelato, and italian pastries are much better tasting snacks. -American guy
To the (not many luckily) americans who got offended, these people do not hate you, they simply hate(still they liked some) those processed stuff that cannot even be called food. The long haired girl meant in general eat real sweets, Tiramisu' was an example, it can be an american style homemade pie, she said the Tiramisu' cause it is something she knows . The point she was trying to make (that offended some) was unlike these processed stuff have some real sweets. About the play dho, no they haven't eaten it, the translation was not correct, they meant it seemed like play do . Also bare in mind we are not used to eat big ammount of that kind of pseudofood. Surely americans do not eat those things every day , right ?
Yep, most American adults don't eat pop tarts, they're a kid's food and they work well for developing palates that appreciate maximum sugar and salt, an easy texture, and not the slightest hint of bitterness. That's why so many kids hate veggies, they taste bitterness much more so veggies that don't taste even a little bitter to us taste like rhubarb to them. I feel sorry for the adults that still eat these...yes, stale play-do is a very accurate way to describe the texture, the sugar paste inside barely tastes like fruit, and TBH I don't think the kids are doing much better because I've never seen pop-tarts in a non-obese household. If you're gonna spend the money on prepackaged premade breakfast foods, you'll go with toaster strudels. Otherwise, eggs, bagels, cream cheese, cereal, oatmeal, toast, real jelly, basically similar quick home breakfast foods to what the rest of the English-speaking world eats are the usual. When we get fast food breakfast, it's usually a sandwich with meat and/or egg, maybe with a side of some kind of fried potato. As for twinkies, they're also more of a kid's thing, though adults do eat them way more often than pop tarts. Most adults seem to be into denser, more complexly-flavored baked goods. Pound cake instead of sponge cake, denser whipped cream with a stronger vanilla flavor. Pastries instead of snack cakes, big moist chewy muffins instead of little dry fluffy cupcakes, filled cookies with cinnamon, chocolate, or detectable vanilla flavor instead of sugar creme. Poorer adults still eat the stuff when they need a sugar fix, you can't beat $5 for a pack of 8-12, but they prefer real food on special occasions too. Even though our real food is way sweeter than the European version because of our blown-out taste buds, it's not twinkies. I live in a conservative, poor, rural area and the cupcakes, powdered sugar mini-donuts, and sponge cakes sit on bakery clearance racks forever, I'm sure that stuff is even less popular in rich trendy cities.
LaPokéfanatica I'm sure u do. Well, Spanish came from Italian somehow as well as from Latin and Greek and some other languages like Arabic when the moors lived in Spain for over 800 years.
My family is Italian and we homemake Tiramisu for almost every special event. It's so delicious. I'm born and raised in America, but Italian snacks are really much better than the ones we have here. I don't eat American snacks.
Bradley Peterson because we crushed every other civilization of the known world under our boots, absorbed their cultures and made them slaves for the fighting pits. LODE A MARTE! LODE, LODE!
Now if you're an American wanting to try an Italian confection, I would suggest trying some Torrone. They're little blocks of nougat with almonds, and they usually come in orange, lemon or vanilla flavors. If you're lucky, you might find some chocolate ones too. My grandmother would put out these cut-glass bowls of Torrone every Christmas eve for dessert. My God, they were delicious! Those were some awesome times!
+6672rock yes there amazing come in a box of 18 i think 6 per flavor i like the vanilla one we have them on christmas eve as a desert since im half italian i have had these also zeppolis the homeade varity
This and the snack video makes me wanna go to Italy and stay for like a year then come back and try American food again to see what they are talking about xD
why is it that europeans always have something bad in these taste testing videos? no matter what, they try to find something bad about it. sometimes americans do that with other country's foods, but not purposely. i know i shouldnt be annoyed but i really am.
RockMotion I have never had a slimy twinkie. Either his fingers are extra sensitive or he's just trying to be an ass. Also some of these videos seem a little scripted not all though.
Because believe it or not American food/sweets is really really bad and low quality. Not trying to sound arrogant but most of your sweets are the cheap crap that we don't really eat, any sort of Hershey's etc is the type of chocolate we hang on trees not actually eat because its so bad. Reese's are really sickly sugary and salty and barely actually have a flavour other than sugar. It may seem that Europeans just hate America but its just because we are used to better food in general especially in countries France, Spain and Italy.
reeses tho :( sure, say the rest of them are gross. but do you really not like the idea of mixing chocolate and peanubutter because it's one of the best ideas ever
America and open minded shouldn't be in the same sentence, let's talk about gays rights shall we?NOPE, how about police brutality? NOPE, ok what about women getting payed less than men?HELL NO
Robo Batman we'll since it seems that America is like the #1 place for gays right now, and that the police aren't really brutal at all over here, or that women DON'T get payed less than men, I see no reason why we aren't open minded. All that stuff is a bunch of pure bullshit that the news and the internet has completely pulled out of their asses.
Buzzfeed, next time blindfold them and give them 2 options: one American and one Italian. The anti-American sentiment of these guys is extremely obvious. At least the Indians were more open minded
Cyrushanleonee Well, they have a pride on their food, and the amount of suger and sodium on USA food are, in fact, something that make Usa people have a diferent sense of taste.
Cyrushanleonee They wouldn't like american stuff anyway because that's basically poison with sugar and food colorants: you can say that you dig that stuff but you must admit it always seems to eat something really bad and fake. And about anti-american sentiment, how can you blame them when it comes to food? US is a country where the percentage of obesity keeps on growing, mostly among kids (the ones who eat these delicious treats): you clearly have a problem.
***** Thats a really good point, most of chemical shits to please are unegal in europe, so they use real ingradients, and have more flavours in total, here in America, including USA, they just put more sugar.and fats.
xxTGODxx haha maybe its is a thing. i live here in america but im italian and i also tried eating playdough when i was eight just to see if it was good... it wasnt its extemely salty and weird like i just ate a whole saltshaker so dont try it XD
You guys always give them the WORST snacks and sweets. I hate at the end that she said "why don't you eat real sweets, haven't you heard of tiramisu?" as if we eat this crap instead of real desserts. I have been to Italy and they have their fair share of crappy snacks and sweets as well.
sacredsiren no they don't, people just have different taste, when people watch these vids they think all of italy hates these snack or sweets when really it just a small group, i'm from italy and frankly i like all the snacks they showed here but would much rather eat italian sweets. but thats only my opinion.
Cakes and pastries are generally somewhat harder to obtain overseas though, if you want them to be fresh. Gourmet American sweets not something in high demand, or at least not here in Australia. Also, as I don't live in the U.S. I can confirm that these sweets are all quite notorious, so why shouldn't they be the ones tested? Palates are very different throughout the world so it really shouldn't be a surprise that a lot of people won't like your food. Australia, for example, is notorious for Vegemite, and most of the world has branded it as disgusting when it's a commonly known fact that almost every video of people tasting it do it incorrectly. Nobody in their right mind eats it out of the spoon and it's also not something you slather all over a slice of toast... Watch Hugh Jackman teach Jimmy Fallon how to eat it properly is all I can suggest. Oops, went off on a bit of a tangent there, but I think my point is clear.
have I ever tried a Tiramisu? Are you fucking kidding me? Does the rest of the world not realize America was/is colonized by Europeans ,and yes that does mean ITALIANS from Italy as well. And why even compare Tiramisu to cheap gas station snacks? I mean you might as well compare filet Mignon to turkey jerky.
TheAgentAssassin The thing is that many of you Americans eat this on a daily basis. This is a fact. These snacks are ubiquitous in America. You can find them in vending machines at schools and even hospitals. Your sandwich bread is also considerably sweet. It takes like a dessert.
My God, if you are going to compare our "sweets" to tiramisu at least give us a warning so that we can pull out our pies, red velvet cake and New York cheesecake.
chelsie b. I don't think so. Simply because we don't have as many snacks as america. And... Sorry, but we have some bigger problems here than hating on America
It's what I said. So you can understand how stupid you sound when you think we hate America. We hate some other countries here in Europe that are fucking us up really well. American isn't even in our mind right now. Calm down, if we don't like your candies doesn't mean we hate you LOL
American food does taste a lot different, even the same products taste worst in America. I think if you were given 2 versions of the same product you would be able to tell.
@@shiningyrlife no no, they are talking about the flavour, and originally they are not talking about Play doh, but about Pongo (a toy that is similar to play doh) and everyone knows what it tastes like cause everyone, at least one time, tried to eat it when they were a child.
@@Alexvex1 no no, they are talking about the flavour. By the way "tastes like play doh" is the italian version of "tastes like cardboard" if you know what i mean... it doesn't mean that it REALLY tastes like cardbox.
"Why dont you try Tiramisu" you cant compare fucking mass produced shitty snack treats to fresh fucking food. If thats the case then you need to try fresh out of the oven apple pie, pumpkin pie and cherry pie.
***** Lol you cant compare that then, theres American pies like that too. You cant compare the quaility of fresh baked goods to shitty manufactured sugars lol
+sandrodream2 your food is readily available at your home country. It isn't so in America. How the heck can we eat them if we have to seek them out and drive miles just to eat those? I read so many Italians' comments here and you guys keep saying "why don't you try our food?" For god sake, it isn't available here like in Italy.
Well, sorry if we have different tastes and not everyone likes the same things......be more open-minded and think that no one likes the same things that you like...
***** But the thing is those are the most popular AMERICAN sweets, they're not going to give them sweets that you can find everywhere like kit kat. I would like to know what you think are the sweets and keep in mind they need to be american. ( sorry if their's any mistake, English's not my first language)
***** It's their own fault for assuming we don't have actual desserts. If you give me a bag of chips from Italy, I don't automatically assume that's the only form of salty/crispy item they have in their country. We have bakeries, fridges, farmers markets, stoves...tons of apparatus and locations to eat things other than Twinkies. They're just bigots.
They crossed the line saying rice krispies & reeses were bad...Ive watched dozens of these kinda of videos and those are usually well liked among foreigners lol. me and that lady with the brown shirt would not get along lol
2short99 You're wrong i'm italian too but i love reeses and i don't like some of the italian food it's called taste everyone has it and it's different..it happens!
Reese's really are pretty freakin salty though. I could drink a whole bottle of water after eating Reese's. And I never Rice Krispy treats. No matter how in date they are they still taste either stale or sticky.
+2short99 I got real annoyed at the end when one of them compared them to a tiramisu. It's obviously not including perishibles otherwise they would be eating Boston Cream Pie, Brown Bettys, and German Chocolate cakes. Maybe Chocolate-coated bacon. Then there is the fat one that obviously has a bias against america food since he was complaining even before eating anything.

Italian is similar to the spanish, but with the spanish accent.
Have fun with the grammatical genders. They won't frustrate you at all.
Good luck with the grammar, verb tenses, exceptions and stuff ahahah
Good luck. Not easy at all.

I want to visit Italy. Learn their language. And eat their food.
+erin b *Delicate lol
+erin b Wasn't the hamburger made in Hamburg, Germany? I'm sorry if I'm wrong..
+Amelia Knopik You are right. The hamburger is from Germany. I don't even think americans have a cuisine of their own...
Countless? elaborate.
Tiramisu is way more delicious than any of these so she's right
+Spencer El yeah, Im agree with you and Im italian, are different things
yeah they are different things
funhouse! STFU!
Fvnhouse! I've never had it.
Yesss
The only Italian candy I have ever had was a Ricola candy that my Italian violin teacher brought back from Italy. IT WAS SO GOOD 😍😍😍😍
Ricola candies are from Italian Switzerland
But Ricola are like the worst candies in Italy ahah
ma fa schifo ahahah
Hey but ricola are still better than anything else in America. 😂
ahaha
Ciao italiano/a che scorri tra i commenti americani e alcuni dagli italiani😂😂❤️
Bravo questo commento ci voleva grazie
I thought the Italians and I would be friends... Until they dissed Rice Krispie treats. Now I'm having doubts
Jonathan Tunstall food in italy savor's flavor as food is our specialty high calorie sugar's and treats are not common here sure we have candies but nothing as fatty as america our sweets are things like canoli's or tiramisu or panettone
Clutch or fatty, sugary ice cream
Blake Pel ya we have gelato which is like frozen yogurt
***** what??
Yessss I know and I have Italian heritage in me I was so disappointed like they don't eat sugar !
"belli viscidi" io ti amo chiunque tu sia

Italy is magic i guess XD
Ahmed Djelassi Si a Milano in mezzo allo smog, la nebbia e la gente particolarmente calda ed accogliente. Proprio guarda.
Lauren Crisp I can assure you there attractive and non-attractive people in equal measures. Most people tend to have southern european features, some (especially in the far north and in the southern islands) have Northern European features, such as blue eyes, fair skin or so. Guess it depends
Lauren Crisp loll
I almost cried when nobody liked the Reese's
I'm Italian and totally agree with you,Reese's are one of the most flavourful sweet i've eaten
Omg same XD those are my fav!

The guy in the denim jacket is really attractive.
It's funny how 270 calories sounds like a lot to them but to me that sounds normal
Ahahaha, I'm italian too but she's still a girl. That's the real reason :D
270 calories is a big dish of pasta!
Chi è ancora una ragazza?O.o
Anyway, our candies has 130 kcal, the half.
I don't know why it sounds so strange to you D:
why do y'all think the u.s has so many fat people? Come on people use y'all's head
I guess Italians eat Play-Doh regularly.
Sxcred Yes,we love the flavor
Nah lmao Americans do😁 you people don't even know the things you eat are FAKE lol
Nara Shadows Aww yes "fake" food. Food that is somehow fake because it has preservatives. I hope you enjoy your food getting rotten after a day.
Lol
Sxcred No, we don't. We eat normal food.. and some of the most popular foods in America are from Italy. For example, pizza and pasta.
I officially want to move to Italy to meet these people 😂😂

I have to say I agree with the Italians
“I’m not expecting to eat anything healthy.”
Well, duh. It's cakes and candy.
Yeah but American sweets take it over the top
Hey! I know you Xavier, You we're the guy who failed at being a grammar police a few comments up!
Bullshit Detector please, we are not like that. I think that you're exaggerating.
Natalie1729 I'm sure it wasn't meant like that. I would say that American sweets on average more sugary and calorific than many others. There's nothing wrong with that- they're called sweets for a reason, but it won't stop others from picking up on it when they're supposed to be talking about them. I'm certain no offence was intended :)
no its all about GMO AND SUGAR SUGAR MOOOORE SUGAR ...
Dear Italians,
I also hate all of those sweets. Except the sour patch kids, those are somewhat enjoyable
To be fair Italy should stay away from candy. Gelato, and italian pastries are much better tasting snacks.
-American guy
The Dragon King struzz
Thank , i'm italian and we don't hate you 😀
@ not even reese's?
Bleh I don't even like most of those and I'm American born and raised so
Italiens can make all comments they want, we have brain italiens have not, we have strong thinks Tha italiens never ll have
Yep, most American adults don't eat pop tarts, they're a kid's food and they work well for developing palates that appreciate maximum sugar and salt, an easy texture, and not the slightest hint of bitterness.
When you speak Spanish and understand most of what they say
+Ultimate Warrior wow really?
It's the same when we,italians, hear spanish
LaPokéfanatica I'm sure u do. Well, Spanish came from Italian somehow as well as from Latin and Greek and some other languages like Arabic when the moors lived in Spain for over 800 years.
when you speak portuguese and understand most of what they say. wow
Ellen Zorzetto jaja lol kkk
Americans try vegetables!
Funny, not like I've seen this 100 times on a buzzfeed video

Urban Kunstek hello there m'a dude
Hi Istria
Ciao♥
I'm Italian and i've visited Slovenia.
It's one of the most beautiful countries that i've ever seen.
Especially the city of Bled and Postonja cave!
My family is Italian and we homemake Tiramisu for almost every special event. It's so delicious. I'm born and raised in America, but Italian snacks are really much better than the ones we have here. I don't eat American snacks.
Peccato che li africani con voi fanno quello che vogliono :D!
Irena Jaruliene "Pity that Africans..." What did you say? Haha
+L ah ok, then im glad to hear that :)
Irena Jaruliene
Ci sono molti più africani in America perfino un presidente degli stati Uniti !!
È vero! Sono caucasico, ma vorrei che non ero Sandro Dream
They are incredibly picky
cakeofdoom1 to eat that shit, obviously
Why are Italians so classy and attractive; why?!
***** I can tell!
Bradley Peterson haha how cute of you to say that!
Bradley Peterson because we crushed every other civilization of the known world under our boots, absorbed their cultures and made them slaves for the fighting pits. LODE A MARTE! LODE, LODE!
***** this is gonna start comment war...
***** dear friend without the roman empire now days the world would probably stay 100 yrs behind...:)..i dedinately disagree with ur point of view.
Damn, Italian words sound lovely... 😍😍
+6672rock gianduiotti!
+6672rock Torrone is hard as hell though.
+6672rock yes there amazing come in a box of 18 i think 6 per flavor i like the vanilla one we have them on christmas eve as a desert since im half italian i have had these also zeppolis the homeade varity
ALmonds, never
+6672rock you know that americans are only interested in nutella.
This and the snack video makes me wanna go to Italy and stay for like a year then come back and try American food again to see what they are talking about xD
Phanic At The Jaspar Disco yeah, try. In italy there are the best food.
xDany _ForPlay that’s what people say about there country
why is it that europeans always have something bad in these taste testing videos? no matter what, they try to find something bad about it. sometimes americans do that with other country's foods, but not purposely. i know i shouldnt be annoyed but i really am.
we should nuke em for not liking reeses
Maybe they do not like them?
Ever thought of that?
chrystel lopez I'm french and I don't like most of your snacks, does that make me a terrorist? :(
RockMotion I have never had a slimy twinkie.
Why why, their language is so beautiful
Ma ma , LUGOOOZZZIIIIIIIII !!!
si appena ho visto quello con i capelli lunghi l'ho pensato anch'io. (^^)
AHAHA
LUGOZZIIIII TUTTI GLI ITALIANI SCRIVINO QUA

same
I was questioning my sexuality until that guy with the manbun. Damn!
I question my sexuality when I see the blonde in pink shirt! So pretty!
He's an Italian model and the most beautiful man alive (Besides Andy Biersack)
+Troy Dwyer whats his name?
reeses tho :( sure, say the rest of them are gross. but do you really not like the idea of mixing chocolate and peanubutter because it's one of the best ideas ever
Danielle Burger actually many people dont like peanut butter.... im one although i used to like it until a traumatic experience
Danielle Burger Peanut butter is not a common thing in europe.
Wicktoria especially salty peanut butter
America and open minded shouldn't be in the same sentence, let's talk about gays rights shall we?NOPE, how about police brutality? NOPE, ok what about women getting payed less than men?HELL NO
Robo Batman we'll since it seems that America is like the #1 place for gays right now, and that the police aren't really brutal at all over here, or that women DON'T get payed less than men, I see no reason why we aren't open minded. All that stuff is a bunch of pure bullshit that the news and the internet has completely pulled out of their asses.
I dont even want the subtitles, just want to hear the italian
Buzzfeed, next time blindfold them and give them 2 options: one American and one Italian. The anti-American sentiment of these guys is extremely obvious. At least the Indians were more open minded
Cyrushanleonee they already did with italian and american nutella :)
Cyrushanleonee Well, they have a pride on their food, and the amount of suger and sodium on USA food are, in fact, something that make Usa people have a diferent sense of taste.
Cyrushanleonee Why do you care over candy? Alot of the Indians were talking about how fatty and gross the American food was so sit down.
All i learned from this video is that Italians eat play dough
xxTGODxx XD
That's officially one of the best comments ever
xxTGODxx I'm Italian and when I was younger I would eat play-dough and so would my friends XD
Best comment here 😂😂
xxTGODxx haha maybe its is a thing. i live here in america but im italian and i also tried eating playdough when i was eight just to see if it was good... it wasnt its extemely salty and weird like i just ate a whole saltshaker so dont try it XD
I have to say that italy is a great country, :)
is the best country with japan
***** :)
Blood, Guns, and Honor Infact Italy is the worlds most vegetarian country just in front of Germany
1 Boiled Cabbage well that's actually true, we eat a lot of pasta and pizza, but we love also hamburgers, kebabs and fish
Abbiamo il cazzo lungo
THIR LANGUAGE AND THE TONE IS KILLING ME ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
ITS SOOOOO GOOODDDDDDDD
You guys always give them the WORST snacks and sweets. I hate at the end that she said "why don't you eat real sweets, haven't you heard of tiramisu?" as if we eat this crap instead of real desserts. I have been to Italy and they have their fair share of crappy snacks and sweets as well.
sacredsiren no they don't, people just have different taste, when people watch these vids they think all of italy hates these snack or sweets when really it just a small group, i'm from italy and frankly i like all the snacks they showed here but would much rather eat italian sweets. but thats only my opinion.
Shoulda had snickers
***** some of em yeah
sacredsiren Right plus I live in america and eat Tiramisu....so thats a bit invalid
Oops, went off on a bit of a tangent there, but I think my point is clear.
their accent is so cUTE OMG I CAnt
Realy? I think the american accent is cute.
have I ever tried a Tiramisu?
Are you fucking kidding me?
Does the rest of the world not realize America was/is colonized by Europeans ,and yes that does mean ITALIANS from Italy as well.
And why even compare Tiramisu to cheap gas station snacks?
I mean you might as well compare filet Mignon to turkey jerky.
TheAgentAssassin This maybe the best comment I have ever seen!
Word.
Tiramisu is quite gross in my opinion. I gave her the side eye when she said that.
TheAgentAssassin The thing is that many of you Americans eat this on a daily basis. This is a fact. These snacks are ubiquitous in America. You can find them in vending machines at schools and even hospitals.
Your sandwich bread is also considerably sweet. It takes like a dessert.
true
Italians try American water 💦
They'd be like "it tastes dreadful" I'm gonna be so fat after drinking this water" xD
buy the new water of chiara ferragni 🤣 8 euros ME: TRIGGERED
American water calories: 30000 calories
My God, if you are going to compare our "sweets" to tiramisu at least give us a warning so that we can pull out our pies, red velvet cake and New York cheesecake.
+Val Cruz Or severe obesity ive heard everyones had that dish in america
I agree. Hopefully they knew that Americans don't consider these things delicacy.
I came to the comments to say the same thing. These are packaged sweets.
your pies are just hypercaloric versions of European cakes.
New York cheese cake for example is a unhealthy imitation of Greek one
+Lorenzo Lombardo eat a Krispy Kreme donut
People from a country with one of the best gastronomies in the world trying the junkiest food from the junkiest and most excessive country

Who gags at chocolate and peanut butter??
MoonLiteWolfPro Me, peanut butter is nasty in my opinion.
MoonLiteWolfPro 99% percent of the world.
.:J.M.Concept:. Thats a very confident false opinion
MoonLiteWolfPro Literally almost only Americans like peanut butter, and many Americans don't even like it.
Almost only americans? Thats a bunch of bullshit lmao
"The consistency is suspicious." XD I'm dying.
i feel like if we were to blindfold them and then tell us which one is american they would have a different view.
No, dear. Italians don't hate Americans.
THANK YOU !!! At least someone fucking said it damn
American food does taste a lot different, even the same products taste worst in America. I think if you were given 2 versions of the same product you would be able to tell.
I don't know what kind of playdough they have in Italy, but I want some!!!
Kennedy D
In italy food is good!
I'm worried about why they know what play-doh taste like so well.
+RedHawk Gamer tuhey are talking about the consistency, not the taste.
+Alessio Berto oh, so they don't eat that yet know about it?
@@shiningyrlife no no, they are talking about the flavour, and originally they are not talking about Play doh, but about Pongo (a toy that is similar to play doh) and everyone knows what it tastes like cause everyone, at least one time, tried to eat it when they were a child.
@@Alexvex1 no no, they are talking about the flavour. By the way "tastes like play doh" is the italian version of "tastes like cardboard" if you know what i mean... it doesn't mean that it REALLY tastes like cardbox.
the truth hurt uh XD ?
that's how we italians are, straight to the point and (mostly) will tell things the way they are.
especially about food.
"It tastes like play doh." WHY THE HELL DO ITALIANS KNOW WHAT PLAY-DOH TASTES LIKE.
ehm is a retoric word
It's like if you say it tastes like sh*t do you know how sh*t tastes
don't judge me but.
I used to eat playdoh when I was little...
From the smell, in Italia it's called "Pongo"
IKR WHY!!?
"Why dont you try Tiramisu" you cant compare fucking mass produced shitty snack treats to fresh fucking food. If thats the case then you need to try fresh out of the oven apple pie, pumpkin pie and cherry pie.
***** Yeah but thats the same shitty tasting mass produced bullshit as this so its fair.
***** Lol you cant compare that then, theres American pies like that too. You cant compare the quaility of fresh baked goods to shitty manufactured sugars lol
Jack Breh do you really think that we don't have apple pies?
Dj Pelu Probably just like we have Cannolis
jajaja cannolis are from Italy!! Apple pie has history in France, Honestly, I don't think that US has a representative gastronomy
I feel so insulted because like 75% of those snacks I love xD
+sandrodream2 your food is readily available at your home country. It isn't so in America. How the heck can we eat them if we have to seek them out and drive miles just to eat those? I read so many Italians' comments here and you guys keep saying "why don't you try our food?" For god sake, it isn't available here like in Italy.
Well, sorry if we have different tastes and not everyone likes the same things......be more open-minded and think that no one likes the same things that you like...
+roberta ciervo Except for majorities, the majority always decides.
Thank you, at least someone else feels insulted!
same..
"They make you very smart."
WHY IS THIS ADORABLE TO ME?!
I don't like how Buzzfeed gives them the worst of all the snacks/sweets. There is a lot of things that are better than Twinkies...
They just give them popular snacks
***** but few are better than reeses. id rather reeses than shitty tiramisu any day
She said real sweets.... I was like noooooooo
They're just bigots.
proud to be italian
Irene Pittino Always
Irene Pittino proud too mate
Irene Pittino same
They crossed the line saying rice krispies & reeses were bad...Ive watched dozens of these kinda of videos and those are usually well liked among foreigners lol. me and that lady with the brown shirt would not get along lol
***** Being half Italian myself, *I'm Russian/Italian* I don't really like those.
2short99 I am American and I don't like Reeses. I love peanut butter but I agree with the guy who said it was too salty.
In love with the language.
