I love Edimara, she was honest she did not like the pizza but she said "I love you Mama" anyway.
Also yes - listen to Selene - PLEASE DO NOT PUT CHEDDAR ON CHEESE. Mozzarella is perfect. I preferred Pizzeria cheese over ristorante pizza in Italia, square pizza > everything. The only bad part about square pizza is you will struggle to find it in England, most Italian places only serve restaurant style pizza.
A great panel, when the feedback is negative, it's genuine and believeable because none of this panel would ever sabotage each other.

@@nessie4026 I’m Black, not immediately mixed unless you count my ancestry and Edimara’s hair looks like mine. she’s definitely more than European blend and so are all the other Italians with Black-like hair texture. (and I’m not talking about complexion right now). Look at the geography and history and proximity to Africa. But as always, lots of people like to simply “pass” and deny their genes. The DNA makeup never lies.
Edimara’s pizza is up my alley though…thick crust (I love deep dish lol), lots of cheese, slightly “charred” cheese & less sauce (and she is just the sweetest person! I enjoy all 3 of these women, but her personality just makes ME happy)

I absolutely dislike thick-crusted pizza, you just taste too much bread and it becomes too dry.
@@Ahmed-pf3lg depends on what you mean, there's different types of pizza with big crusts, deep dish (more american) has a boat load of stuffing and that's the reason why the croast is thicker, "pizza alta"/"al taglio" the doghe itself is thicker but because it's way softer and more similar to a focaccia, and stuffed crust. So it's not always true that if the crust is thicker the pizza is more bready

I never had deep dish but if It's anything like Sfincione I'd probably like it.

I love the Italian moms they truly seem to be giving fair reviews without being mean about it; you can also tell they just love food selections in general. More vids w/these mums, pls. They all looked like great pizzas but I think it seemed like Martina was the only one who really likes making it :) Selene's reactions are my fav. and Edimara is always such a sweetheart.
