I haven’t recorded one yet but will do it, for sure. I started it last night for the first time and it sounds kind of tractor-like, at least with the turndowns. I suspect it will sound better with the cat-back but haven’t installed that yet.
@@joshc1017 Is it the true factory H pipe or an aftermarket H pipe? If it's the factory one, although the outside diameter piping of the H pipe looks to be the same as the rest of the exhaust (I think it's 2 & 3/4"?), the inside hole is only about as large as a quarter. Not sure why GM did that but that's what gives it that tractor or some describe motorboat sound. Something with the exhaust pulses and that small quarter sized hole in the H pipe. Mine has that sound at idle too, but it's less noticeable on throttle. It pops a lot on deceleration which I actually kinda like.
Always enjoy your content, sir. ✌️
Thank you!
As always we'll done and explained
Thank you!
Any sound clips? I was thinking of doing something similar to my C5, I'm curious how this sounds.

Yes, it’s the factory H-pipe. It does sound better at higher RPM. Haven’t taken it out for a drive yet though.
Any issues with the O2 sensors?
No issues at all. The rears were tuned out and the widebands I added are working great.
@@joshc1017 okay awesome thanks! I gotta get that done
