Really enjoyed the commentary on this video, I can't say what the difference is between this and your other videos, but it stood out to me.
My hot take would be that there is never going to be a good time to add more teams to the comp and the sooner the better as it while the clubs will suffer for a few years, the quicker they're added (with reason, don't just pump them out like fast and furious films) the more they will prosper in 10-15 years' time.
Confidence. It's crazy to see such great players be the best one year and dropped soon after where nobody wants them.

This is a thoroughly enjoyable video, even as an afl fan who only watches storm games and origin. Just a counter to your point about stopping the clock: I think that the clock should stop after every try, so the conversion isn't on game time, and every time a scrum is called
I saw at the start of the video in the examples that Maloney was the most underrated player of the last 10-15 years and I definitely think that’s one of the better takes I’ve ever seen

i agree they have a decent side but probably just a decent top 17 if they get some injuries they will struggle, so i reckon they will spend some time in the top 8 but fade at back end of season

Nathan Cleary has not had a good game in origin where he has been able to grind a win out, cherry-evans all day for Australian halfback and I’m a proud new south Welshman
Lol DCE is finished. He needs Turbo to make him look half decent at Manly otherwise they are terrible and miss the 8. Manly were awful in both 2020 and 22 when Turbo was out injured long term. Shows how ordinary DCE is week to week. Even a lot of Manly fans agree!QLD didn’t win origin because of DCE. It was more due to Grant, Hunt, Munster and the forwards dominating NSW, especially in the last game.
Cleary’s won back to back premierships, has been part of 3 NSW series wins and has much longer left in his career than DCE. It would be pointless to waste time on DCE when Cleary is the long term half. A more credible comparison to Cleary would be Nicho Hynes, who is still very young and won a Dally M award. He’s also one of the main additions to a Sharks team that went from 9th to 2nd on the ladder. Consistency in club football week to week is just as important as Origin.
