    Recipe:
    For the dough:
    5 cups all purpose flour
    1 1/2 cups lukewarm water + 2 tablespoons
    1/3 cup vegetable oil
    1/2 teaspoon yeast
    1/2 teaspoon sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt.
    For the pizza sauce:
    2 cups diced tomatoes
    1 1/2 cups chopped onions
    1 1/2 tablespoon tomato paste
    2-3 garlic cloves
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    1 tablespoon dried oregano
    1 tablespoon dried chives
    1 teaspoon white pepper
    Salt to taste.
    For the topping:
    Mozzarella cheese
    Ham
    Olives
    Mushrooms
    Red bell pepper
    Green bell pepper
    Zaatar.
    Directions :
    1-In a bowl, combine the lukewarm water and sugar together, stir well until it dissolves Leave for 15 minutes allowing the yeast to ferment and bubble.
    2-In a large bowl, add the flour, salt, oil, yeast liquid and bring together, Then turn out into a floured surface and knead for 10 minutes by hand, you can also use electric mixer.
    3-Place the kneaded dough ball into a large bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, leave to rise in a warm place for at least 2 hours or until doubled in size.
    4-In a medium saucepan , add the diced tomatoes, chopped onions , garlic gloves , sauté for 5 minutes on high heat, then add tomato paste , dried oregano, dried chives , white pepper , salt, mix and cover to cook on low heat for 10 minutes, turn the heat off, blend the sauce in a blender until smooth and set aside to cool to temperature.
    5-roll the dough onto a floured surface, and cut into round shape, transfer to a non stick tray, spread some homemade pizza sauce, top with ham, cheese , bell peppers , olives , mushrooms and sprinkle zaatar.
    6-Bake at 450 f. for 10-15 minutes depending how crispy or soft you’d like them.
