I can tell you how to do guaranteed easy peel eggs but only the old fashioned way. Pop a capful or 2 of vinegar in your boiling water. This will make the water slightly acidic and for some scientific reason this stops the egg white getting stuck to the membrane of the shell. Works every time without fail and any old vinegar is fine it doesn't change the flavour at all.
