I go to the gym by myself and want to bench press but scared to ask someone to spot me. Any advice?
Ask staff…that is their job. However I find any gym i have been to, everyone is friendly because you have something in common. Never be afraid to ask x

Because he didn’t do the full range of motion, even though in the video they say you should🤷🏼♂️
He’s focusing on keeping the tension on his chest. Full range of motion is great but than you get more muscles involved like triceps, shoulders, etc.
@@Crimfit could go lower and get a nice stretch at the bottom though.
@@Crimfit More like the triceps, did you see how far his elbows were behind his hands, if he was to keep more "tension" in his chest lol, he would touch his chest to the floor while looking forward.
