That cabbage is easily the best in NC. Straight like grandma's. Their hamburger scramble changed over the years. Doesn't look or taste the same.

What some people don't understand about collard greens (I guess they don't understand) is you gotta cook that with beef broth and or good seasoning. It's like a sponge, it absorbs what you put in it. Those turkey wings that they ran out of should have went in those collard greens. It's a good Good additive!

Collards need flavor. I use bacon or ham hocks, hot peppers and a splash of vinegar. Of course onions and garlic, I'm Italian so if I don't put garlic in something, it's probably dessert then I will toss jimmies on it.

My man I know you love doing the reviews in your car sometimes in the restaurant but some of the things your eating you gotta sit down and dig in as soon as it hits the table everyone knows styrofoam insta changes the consistency of so many meals no matter how short it sits in that container but one love love the honesty tried the Harlem biscuit factory and it was fire

Too much salt is one of the reasons high blood pressure is prevalent in our communities BUUUUT that doesn't mean NO Salt or hardly any Because bland food is for the hospital 😊

I got a sides plate there once because I’m a sides girl lol and the greens were bland, the potatoes and gravy where ok and the Mac and cheese was SALTY! Almost as salty as my hubbys ex lol

The hamburger and gravy is probably salty bcos they might've used the same chicken oil from the fried chicken to make the gravy. Those greens are probably Glory greens from the grocery store and that's why they're probably disgusting.✌🏾Peace
