Might be worth swapping to a 6.7 powerstroke water to air intercooler. Run a small radiator with an electric water pump to keep it separate from the main cooling system.
I was thinking the same thing and relocate batteries to the bed.

For 6800 that thing is a mud bogging unit and I find it funny how you didn’t get stuck once but those high dollar units were having issues 😂

You need to run the intake inside the cab. 3.5 inch pvc or 4 inch. Take the ac box out and run it into the glove box or run it out the fender and up the side of the windshield and down through the top of the cab
Do the same with the megatruck. I think it'd look sick with 5 inch stacks and a 10 blade turbo

I made one of those gauges for my 6.0… that thing doesn’t lie. Mine shot to 16 pretty quick before the coolant cap started bleeding off pressure.
Is the one side of the shop just open? Or does it have bigger doors itself? A full shop tour of layout and hoists and what not would be killer!!!
Do a video on putting headstuds on it, also that egr cooler needs to go
That vt365 was built on a Tuesday or a Thursday for sure! No Monday hangover or Friday paycheck blues put into that one
I had to do the same thing to my new Holland skid steerer. Brother in law took it through a sand bottom Creek and did the same thing to the radiator clogged it up with muck

You should show us how to do a budget radiator relocation to the bed
On our quads. We used to run furnace air filters in front of radiator and glued to the bottom of the fenders. The mud would stick to it and not get to the radiator. When it dried. The first few bumps would shake it off.
Not sure about if it would help a submarine 6.0 though.

Love the content JH & crew! Can you guys do a bed mount radiator video for the budget Bogger? I can't find any videos on UA-cam where someone goes completely through that build or how to do it. It should be fairly cheap and would protect the radiator.

Ratchet strap a 4x4 to the tire to the wheel and it lift you right out. Leave the 4x4 long so it sticks out far more ground contact lifts the whole fricken truck up its crazy lol

When yall was stuck on the dirt pile. Why was the passenger tire spinning faster than the rear tire? I know it has open diff in the front, and the driver wasn't spinning at all. Yall keep it up. Content is legit!!!

If you spray Pam for cooking on your rad and other places that it's safe to spray on even dry mud will rince right off! Smells like you're cooking for about 5min after it gets warmed up. Wd40 also works great for tires and wheels plus makes the tires look like new. Give me a shout out if you end up trying this trick. Always did great for me. P.s. I really like that even when things are bad you always keep a positive attitude.

JH handles a 6.0 around a dirt track just as well as Cleetus handles a crown Vic around a paved track. Prove me wrong!

Not sure how you'd go about it without losing seating for a front seat passenger but I have saw guys duct their air intake into the cab of the truck and use a air filter can off of a semi truck ....

Just put a 4x4 in front of tire a run ratchet strap threw rim around Tire and block. you”ll pop right out. You have to drive slow and it will lift truck right out of hole
