The stall owners keep giving them extra free stuff, and i think the takoyaki dude wanted to give the takoyaki for free but Rachel and Logesh rejected hshsh which is so malaysian of them, the malay lady is talking in chinese, the indian man is paying for the chinese lady, and everyone is super friendly. You can see that kindness goes around here.

In rojak usually they put slice cucumber and slice jicama or sengkuang in Malay. Tembikai and tembikai susu is 2 different fruit, "tembikai" is "watermalon" and "tembikai susu" is "honeydew" but both of it use the same name as "tembikai". Love to watch Rachel try to experiance and explore as many Malaysian foods as she can, good job Logesh👍🏼. More videos please
Tembikai susu = cantaloupe/honeydew 'Malay' char kuey teow = it's usually 'wet', gotta eat quick, then it'll be soggy/kembang How much is the cempedak? Cempedak goreng is really expensive nowadays, one could go up to 80 cents/RM1 per piece. It's ridiculous. It's really hard to find good keropok lekor in Lembah Klang. Most of them are made mostly out of just flour and little fish paste. Kuih peneram is the appropriate name. There's another name, but I'd rather not mention it since it's really not appropriate nowadays. Cendol served in metal bowl, that's always the best cendol. Lastly, a Malay mak cik selling kuih and nasi lemak conversing in Cantonese (I believe), that's what Malaysia is. Let's preserve that.

Hie Kumar and Rachel, the tiny black donut is known as 'DENDERAM' or Kuih Telinga in Malay. It is one of the indian traditional sweets. A must during Deepavali (for me ❤☺️), indian weddings (one of the giving away gifts to the bride from her parents) , and an offer during prayers too. It is known as "Athirasam" especially in South India, and also known in different names and shapes in Karnataka, Kerala and other parts of India. Seeing you guys enjoying it,.. In rojak usually they put slice cucumber and slice jicama or sengkuang in Malay. Tembikai and tembikai susu is 2 different fruit, "tembikai" is "watermalon" and "tembikai susu" is "honeydew" but both of it use the same name as "tembikai".

'Malay' char kuey teow = it's usually 'wet', gotta eat quick, then it'll be soggy/kembang
How much is the cempedak? Cempedak goreng is really expensive nowadays, one could go up to 80 cents/RM1 per piece. It's ridiculous.
It's really hard to find good keropok lekor in Lembah Klang. Most of them are made mostly out of just flour and little fish paste.
Kuih peneram is the appropriate name. There's another name, but I'd rather not mention it since it's really not appropriate nowadays.
Cendol served in metal bowl, that's always the best cendol.
Lastly, a Malay mak cik selling kuih and nasi lemak conversing in Cantonese (I believe), that's what Malaysia is. Let's preserve that.

So good.The food is awesome and the hawkers are so pleaasant and friendly,loved your interaction with them This is the most wonderful and endearing aspect of Malaysian culture.So heartening to see Rachel"s enthusiasm to try the variety of local delicacies and how she was enjoying it.I have shared this video with my son and brother in law"s family U.S.They really miss klang.Hope they get a feeling of being in Klang after watching this video.

Hie Kumar and Rachel, the tiny black donut is known as 'DENDERAM' or Kuih Telinga in Malay.
It is one of the indian traditional sweets. A must during Deepavali (for me ❤☺️), indian weddings (one of the giving away gifts to the bride from her parents) , and an offer during prayers too. It is known as "Athirasam" especially in South India, and also known in different names and shapes in Karnataka, Kerala and other parts of India.
