I think that not the case; Zayzay not like the sweet thing. But Logesh has a discipline to prevent his child to eat sweet stuff in early ages. It look like Zayzay asking permission or reconfirming can he eat that thing, for me. It is a good discipline though.
its really easy actually.. my mom trained me and my sibling to eat sweets or candy only when we're 9-10 y.o. When we went kedai runcit, we can only buy biscuits or toys. No candies. My mom pujuk me and the rest if I dont buy candy, she will played Mulan or Cinderella on our cd player 😂 Also when we're 10, candies doesnt seem appetizing at all

From 🇸🇬 Singapore!!..Best Wishes to the family!!..Roti Canai or Prata (a slightly different versions of "Flaky pastry") is almost a NATIONAL DISH in this region..Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia even Thailand and Philippines...(like in ASEAN !!). I understand from my Malaysian friends that "Roti Canai" has eggs kneaded into the dough while Prata is kneaded without eggs in most places...but this may not be the case always. Many places have different versions with a wide range of fillings..from savoury and sweet selections like chocolate, condensed milk (Susu), Planta (Margarine) to ice-cream. The Murtabak is a meaty curry filled version..Onion(garnished Bawang)..soft Flaky Roti Tissue and one can find even an All you can eat, buffet style, in some restaurants, for one price!!...Its a comfort food for me..and of course when accompanied with a glass "Teh-Tarik"..or "pulled-Tea"!!!...a funny translation to tea prepared by pouring back and forth from a distance as far as the tea makers hands can move 2 containers to mix the tea, milk, sugar etc. It is as enjoyable to watch as to drink it!!!

When studying in St. Louis, MO my room mate was Malaysian. He use to make this spicy egg dish, with shrimp paste and sliced onion. We left the house with the strong smell of the fish. But with the rice it was awwwwwwwweeeeeeeesome. Every time I visit KL, I hook up with my room mate and we go eating. We have similar in India but we call it paratha or Kati. luv you two, and say lots of love and hugs to aunty. Thanks you for the vlog, as I now know what roti to order….. Roti Tsunami / Roti Adam …. here I come. Next time please vlog DOSAI, the Indian version of DOSA.

Thank you for a wonderful video Wow what a range of Roti I never knew that there was so many different types when I was in KL a few years back I only had the Roti Canai which I loved for breakfast along with the Tea Terek which I loved but here in the UK places are few and far between I found a place near me called Raya Malaysia but of course it is so expensive as well

The other orang putih did not have any references to pronounce it. Most of them pronounce CANAI as it read C with hard C, like cat, can, crow, thus the KANAI.

Roti tsunami basically like roti banjir, but more chaotic (read: egg). Would say most of us would like roti banjir for breakfast. I love it. Some part at East Coast, the closest thing like tsunami, they called it roti cotek (someone said cotek means "nicely put" some sort like that because that half-cooked egg). * Edit: According tu Kamus Dewan, cotek is Kelantanese dialect mean, at the tip of something, visibily. Sadly I am not Eastern Coast resident, so it is hard to find anywhere else; I order it as "roti banjir and telur goyang or half-boiled egg". Some stall called it as roti jantan (two eggs). But as I said, it is hard to find one that serve as it is; roti tsunami / roti cotek / roti jantan.
In my place it's called Roti Tampal, with eggs on top but without the kuah. Then Roti Tampal Goyang, it's with eggs but the yolk is uncooked so it's goyang2 😂😂😂 I laughed at the name when I first heard someone order it.

This reminds me of my late father where he taught me (maybe same age of Zae Zae) how to eat a roti. He was ordered a roti but variety of curries and I just dipped on a curry chicken, fish, mutton and dhal or mixed all the curries
Ada satu lagi roti canai asli. Ini roti canai yang dibuat oleh suri rumah tangga melayu se belum merdeka dan rata-rata selepas 60an. Masih ada tapi tak di jual di kedai. Roti ini dicanai mengguna pencanai roti canai yang dibuat dari kayu bulat kecil sedikit dari dulang. Roti ini berlapis-lapis dan sangat rangup.

Roti Tsunami not having a fair play. It gets help from the dalcha and curry. All Roti, including roti Kaya, will be on the next level with dalcha/curry/sambal. On a side note, the trending roti in Malaysia right now is Roti Sarang Burung

The other orang putih did not have any references to pronounce it. Most of them pronounce CANAI as it read C with hard C, like cat, can, crow, thus the KANAI.

Get the frozen roti canai at the superstore, put on pan sampai garing both side. Put a slice of cheese on top n fold it into 2. Zz must like it so much?!

Roti tsunami basically like roti banjir, but more chaotic (read: egg).
Would say most of us would like roti banjir for breakfast. I love it.
Some part at East Coast, the closest thing like tsunami, they called it roti cotek (someone said cotek means "nicely put" some sort like that because that half-cooked egg).
* Edit: According tu Kamus Dewan, cotek is Kelantanese dialect mean, at the tip of something, visibily.
Sadly I am not Eastern Coast resident, so it is hard to find anywhere else; I order it as "roti banjir and telur goyang or half-boiled egg".
Some stall called it as roti jantan (two eggs). But as I said, it is hard to find one that serve as it is; roti tsunami / roti cotek / roti jantan.
In my place it's called Roti Tampal, with eggs on top but without the kuah. Then Roti Tampal Goyang, it's with eggs but the yolk is uncooked so it's goyang2 😂😂😂 I laughed at the name when I first heard someone order it.

This reminds me of my late father where he taught me (maybe same age of Zae Zae) how to eat a roti. He was ordered a roti but variety of curries and I just dipped on a curry chicken, fish, mutton and dhal or mixed all the curries

Ada satu lagi roti canai asli. Ini roti canai yang dibuat oleh suri rumah tangga melayu se belum merdeka dan rata-rata selepas 60an. Masih ada tapi tak di jual di kedai. Roti ini dicanai mengguna pencanai roti canai yang dibuat dari kayu bulat kecil sedikit dari dulang. Roti ini berlapis-lapis dan sangat rangup.
