I have pretty much seen all the “salary negotiations” video on UA-cam and I think yours has an honest (down to earth) vibe to it.
Unfortunately, I think most people, that I know, don’t negotiate their offers and UA-cam is the only way to learn about it.
There is a great quote that has changed my perspective on negotiation: "‘No’ is not failure. 'No' is the start of the negotiation." I rather get a no in start of the negotiation rather than the end!
