  • This mill produces, with this waterbrake, hot water for heating the house. Now at 21year, with free hot water. Heat equal to 21000 liters of oil - 5500 gallons.
Just like the brakes on your car become hot, when braking.
The turbine blade is 5 meters long and runs with variable
rpm, in order to obtain maximum efficiency. Runs up to max 300 rpm. Gives usually heat corresponding to 5 Kw/h. Max 13 Kw/h.
The waterbrake contains 2.5 liters of water, which can be up to 80 degrees Celsius hot.
The water brake has an automatic overbrake function, so the turbine blade stall, and the mills don`t drive too fast and crashing. It also acts as a pump, to pump the heated water to the house.

I've been thinking along these lines for many years, the only difference was to go with a hydrosonic cavitation pump. It's genious for heating the whole house, simple, efficient and perfectly self adjusting. Especially in the canaries when it only gets cold when it's windy. Great to finally see it can be done.

I learned as much about renewable energy watching the Star Wars kid video-this was useless.

The developments is stoped. After 25 years work, the windturbine was tanken down.

Yes, The waterturbine can work in very cold weathe without yousing elektricity.
The waterbrake is a pump itself.
The water is Cold proteted to - 21 degreds cencius
      Kindle regards larskro

"the wing is 5m long, tower is 6m high (wing, does he mean blade, don't see any wings). Anyway the tip of the "wing is 1m off the ground. Don't look like it. What does it cost to run a pump, to pump water that high for minimal heat. RUBBISH.

I caught that too.... but I'm a bored masochist, so I'm going to keep watching. Looks like he meant the blades are each 5' long for a diameter of 10'. Dia. of 5' on a 38' tower wouldn't even give you useable power.

did you see the same video ? the blades are 5m that's all. it's a big one. the tower is pretty high - where did you get 6m from (that's rubbish) ? the water brake also act as the pump in the system. no need for extra pumps. all this is in the video and description, can't you read ?
