I have this same landhero... do you have any info for the gas filter and pump you used? Looking to upgrade this as well but dont know much about how to hook everything up or what parts to use... i am also thinking of adding a remote battery terminal to make it easier to put it on a maintainer over the winter
@mikekiebel3527 yeah man, I used just an "off the shelf" large lawnmower filter and a 4-7psi edlebrock electric pump both from my local oreilly auto parts store 👍
@5FPS330 this one has a 40". I've seen guys running 48" and 50" buckets. So really I think whatever you want as long as you add some extra counter weights lol
@codykday Yeah man it's been great, no issues with over fueling or anything else really. I did however get a bad pump that quit at 10ish hours but got it replaced under warranty and it's been good ever since.
Any areas that you need to grease where there are no zerk fittings? I have a roda and most of my joints have no zerks. I’ve just been using a needle on my grease gun and pumping as much in as a I can. I’d appreciate a greasing video!
@sledslasher26 I do like the tracks themselves, I just like they could be improved. There is a lot of play in the front idler so if you get off camber the track tends to pop off unless you have the tensioner super tight. Still a good machine for the money 👍
This machine, with this particular design is similar to the CRT 23 and they have issues with holding the tracks straight. A lot of owners mod, trim or add material to make them less prone to track sway. Tracks in general are preferred, just need a good machine. The Chinese high tops are about 1/6th the investment of a similar brand name machine, and with that tag comes compromises, particularly with auction machines.
You mentioned you do tree work, I do as well, Have you tried running a stump grinder on it yet?

You need to flip the fan rotor. The blades are not going to work effectively running in reverse.
I'm considering purchasing one of these. How large of a bucket can be added to this?

How is the fuel pump working for you? I guess if the carb float and needle are working properly, you can’t over fuel?

How big is the oil reservoir on your unit?

Looks super handy,recon anyone makes a grapple that work on it? Itd be super efficient to move limbs and brush
