The ducklings have really come a long way. Can't wait to see them fly, and wonder if they'll stick around. So lovely to see them living as wild ducks. Great job on rehabbing them! 🦆
How cool is this. They’ve grown so quickly but they still sound like babies. They’re happy 😊. That’s got to feel good for you. Hope they stick around in your awesome habitats.
Just a heads up, your pond may be heavily clouded if the ducks decide to stay. I have 6 ducks and a pond that is the same size as yours. My pond used to be crystal clear, but the ducks unfortunately have made the pond milky in the span of 2 months. In addition, they tend to devour any aquatic plants.
I think they were shocked at the cleanliness of the water. And I hardly doubt they didn't like it. I think they'd like more shelter like areas. Very GOOD. Man.
Another great vlog F.W. We grew up raising ducklings in Canada and it was special. The best advice I could tell you would be to anchor a floating duck house in the middle of your pond that has a canopy. Google "floating duck house". You're doing a great job!!!!!
They are so beautiful!! Never seen ducks this pretty! The blue feathers are so gorgeous. It’s been really neat watching them grow, I do hope they stay close by.
Those ducks are so precious! I love that they have the protection of your land or the ability to go into the wild blue yonder. I wonder how long until Canadian Geese start moving in and pooping everywhere.
@@BW-kv9wj We had one out in our pond at one time a couple of years ago that my husband built. Unfortunately he did not anchor it and it did eventually float back up but the ducks we had never used it anyway. Mostly the turtles climbed up on it. It had a ramp and everything for the ducks to walk up on but for some reason they just never seemed interested. 🤷🏻♀️ Maybe if he does do it his would use it. I'd hate for a predator to get them.
@@none_ya001 I think he could train them to use it. Especially if he put the feeder inside of it. And made a nice bed for them inside with a roof to keep them dry at night. No predators could get to them.
You have been such a good caregiver for these ducks, I really hope they make your ponds their forever home but I’m glad you’re giving them the freedom to choose!
It looks like they love the pond. That beautiful blue color looks fresh and cool. Hmm, on a hot july day, perhaps other local animal species will use your ponds. It will benefit the wildlife in your locality. That's so nice.
Missed a chance for a "Release the Quacken!" Hahah, jokes aside, it is really cool seeing them enjoy their new pond ! They seem very happy, much love from Minnesota friend 💜

@@Ak.Fishing_ so darn cute 🥰
If they choose to stay at the pond, maybe consider building a more extensive shelter for them so they have a safe place to rest.
I floating coop out in the middle of the pond would keep them safe
Yea as is, theyre just food for any significant predator. I give em a week before 1 or 2 are ripped apart by a hawk.

It's okay, the Gars will take care of any unnecessary ducks.
Yeah that’s the downside of having ducks. They dirty up the water very rapidly
@@nicks1451 Dang, that sucks! It was so cool with the water being so blue and clear.
tottally agree! i have three ducks and they trashed the pond that I dug for them in less than a day!
Wow I like the blue feathers on their Wings I really like that color that looks gorgeous on them I hope they will fly and living free in the wild.
It's HAPPENING! And look at those beautiful Blue/white/black feathers. This is awesome!
Me - "Omg, the duckies couldn't be any cuter".
Ducks - *does underwater zoomies*
If they decide to fly away they will for sure come back. This is so sweet.
So very cool! Thanks for saving them and raising them up and giving them a chance. Awesome job!
Thank you for taking such good care of our little feathered friends!
What a great adventure so far for these babies. Some will make adulthood and find mates ect.
Thanks for sharing
I hope they remain safe. Glad to see them on the pond.

Maybe build them one of those floating duck houses for them to hide and feel safe in and keep away from predators at night.
