Loved this episode! As a C-section mom I appreciated Sierra taking notes on her recovery; it's such a blur! And I know this is not a mommy podcast but I would love a follow up ep. Maybe ask the group chat to submit their pregnancy/postpartum surprises & stories ❤

My notes app is literally my diary. There is no way I could show someone my notes.
It’s my diary, movies I want to see, outfits I want to wear, things I need at the grocery store, interview questions and answers to reread for bed, a failed attempt to do the 1000 hour outside challenge which is so hard to record every time your outside!, dreams I want to remember , and reviews for stuff. It gets pretty personal in there. 😂
There’s a thousand hours outside app!! :) it has a timer and tracks it for you!

Loved this episode!!!! Sierra - I don’t have kids and don’t plan to but I am so intrigued by all of the pregnancy stories and what happened after birth! I feel like all of that isn’t openly discussed enough and didn’t even know my body could do those things! It’s so informative.

Yes! And then some things, like laughter, are sooo loud. Plus, Sierra and P's audio sounds like it has some kind of echo on it. Very odd.
I am just like Paloma with the crying, my husband teases me all the time! I cry at anything. Most recently i just saw the video of the racoon with cotton candy and fully cried watching it lol.

Ladies, wow, loved this podcast and all the tangents. Well done. Sierra, your story about farting after birth, I hear ya. The nurses were celebrating my first poop. I had to poop to “earn” to leave the hospital. All these bodily functions are a big deal after giving birth. A nurse gave me a straw to blow bubbles in a cup of water to help me poop. And yes, the “trick” worked, and I was able to sign out of the hospital!
Need something to center and distract me. So excited foe this. Thank you for your podcasts.

My notes app used to be like Sierra and Rian’s and now it’s like Paloma’s! It’s organized I have updates to them my book list of what I’m currently reading, movie list of my husband and I wanna get through etc.

I have saved a lot of recipes that I have never used but I always check off and delete my notes when I am done with them (if they're to do lists or whatnot)--I find it quite satisfying to delete it like crossing off of a to-do list.

Coming from someone who was raised by a pastors kid (my great great grandpa founded one of the church of god locations) I wear my old purity ring on my right hand in the spot where a wedding ring would be on the opposite hand. Its a blue topaz with diamonds around it, whenever I get compliments on it I thank them, and tell them it /was/ my purity ring from my grandmother. Usually it elicits a laugh or two 😅😂😂 especially considering i got it gifted once the "purity" had left the building 😅😂
