Break ups suck no matter the circumstance. When I was 29, my boyfriend of 4 years broke up with me in December, that summer I met my now fiancé and it was my most favorite summer yet. Sounds cliche but the best is yet to come Riayn!

Pop flex just came out with swim and they’re always super high quality. They have separate sizing for swimsuits and cups so it works for everyone!
I was pregnant with my daughter when Encanto came out (2021) and the previews looked so good that I said I should wait to watch this for the first time with her when she can understand.
Watched it for the first time a few months ago (she's 2.5) and I'm pretty sure I love it on repeat more than she does! ❤

A suggestion: they're not all expensive but buy your bikini tops by bra size, some brands do that. I have some that weren't that expensive. Sometimes they have matching bottoms, sometimes not, but just mix and match.
Honestly, Old Navy for swimsuit. It was the only place I could find anything postpartum.

-I love disney movies with the fairytale romances, but when they focus on growth and other relationships, they just hit different.

Hey Paloma! I use the invisible daily defense sunscreen by Neutrogena, and it’s clear on the skin, perfect for summer time! I live at the beach and I swear by this sunscreen for my face.
My face sunscreen that’s more budget friendly is cerve hydrating mineral sunscreen! It’s the only one that doesn’t break me out (including super goop)

Love you girliessss! I use Korean skincare and my faves are Beauty of Joseon sunscreen, Round Lab sunscreen, and Skin 1004 sunscreen! All are 50 spf and they all have sunscreen sticks that are great for a quick reapply hehe
Even better than chasing with electrolytes, get a vodka water with lime and mix in the Gatorade electrolyte packets. I swear I had 7 of those AND a tequila shot last Friday and wasn’t hungover. I was in SHOCK
I’ve been loving the ITK sunscreen, can be found at Walmart!
I just ordered the Bliss block star tinted sunscreen from Amazon and I LOVE it. It gives super goop vibes but half the price. It’s a mineral sunscreen so it doesn’t clog my pores, and there’s no white cast bc of the tint. They make an invisible 50 SPF one that’s water resistant too!
Almost 30 drinking tip to avoid hangovers: stick to simple drinks instead of cocktails. Juice + 1 liquor. Examples: screwdrivers, vodka cranberry, gin and tonic.
You can party longer bc it’s easier to control the drunkenness and you won’t feel as bad in the morning (at least this is what works for me)

For sunscreen there is Hawaiian tropics and 30 spf has a light sheen to it. And I’ve been liking ITks face sunscreen
dippin daisys is my FAVE swim wear brand i haven’t bought another brand’s swimsuit since i discovered them a few years ago
I have super sensitive skin and my holy grail spf is the cetaphil spf 50 sheer mineral liquid sunscreen. It goes on so nice, doesn’t leave a white cast, and is so hydrating!!

Love the citrus flavored LMNT! The hot chocolate one is pretty good… salty hot chocolate is a bit weird, but it is nice to have an alternative to the fruit flavors.
For sun screen- I absolutely could not praise the isntree sunscreen more. It’s from Korea, not expensive, is hydrating and I just love it.
I used to use Cerave morning moisturizer with spf and it didn’t cause me to break out. But currently using Neutrogena ultra sheer face serum with spf 60 and love it! Super lightweight
My suit from Swim by Elly is by far the best swim suit I’ve ever had as a tall plus size girl. She does custom measurements, is size inclusive, and has a lot of different styles for low-full coverage. I don’t think I’ll get a suit from anywhere else.
I use the Cerave Skin Renewing Day Cream with Sunscreen. I have extremely oily skin and it’s the only daily sunscreen that doesn’t make my skin oily. And it works SO well! I work in professional athletics and I’m outside 4+ hours a day and I have never had an issue with sunburn or sunspots since using it. It also lays well under makeup.
I’m so late to the episode BUT for face sunscreen, I love the Trader Joe’s one. It’s like 8$ for a tube but it’s more siliconeish I guess ? So a little goes a long way and I love it. I’ve repurchased SEVERAL times and my skin is pretty sensitive and I’ve had no issues with it!
Australian sunscreens are top tier, Bondi Sands body sunscreen is one of my favs!!

Elta MD is my favorite tinted face sunscreen! You can get it non-tinted as well. I have a very sensitive face and this one has never bothered me.
Sun Bum face sunblock in 70 is the best! I have super fair skin and it’s very sensitive I have rosacea it works amazing and doesn’t irritate my face at all
I just found a copper tone body sunscreen that moisturizes too and is not oily! It’s in a blue squeeze bottle and doesn’t how many white cast!
sunscreen for face: COSRX Vitamin E Vitalizing Sunscreen - i have acne prone sensitive skin and have never found a good one for my face that didn’t break me out until this one

Swimsuits for all is a great place to get swimsuits! I love the underwire swim tops, and bra-sizing.
Sunscreen recs- for face I love the it cosmetics hellos sunshine soft 50. Feels like nothing on the face. For a little glow, the elf whoa glow. It’s amazing and $15.
For body I use vacation or coola. They smell good and work well.
As a 38I cup/size 18 girly, if you want a triangle string bikini, fashion nova surprisingly fits me SO well
The LMNT chocolate salt one or the chocolate caramel one is FANTASTIC on its own as a hot chocolate, but with creamer, is exquisite. FYI!

Blue lizard for the body and try a Korean sunscreen for your face!
Supergoop sunscreen also makes me breakout. Aveno's facial sunscreen too. Cetaphil's Daytime Facial Moisturizer with SPF 50 has been working really well for me. I'm less senstive with body sunscreen but I've been loving Neutorgena Beach Defense. It smells so good and doesn't leave a sticky residue.
Paloma, I’ve started using Kopari bright as day sheet mineral sunscreen for my face. It’s tinted and I love it. Also for the body, Blue Lizard SENSITIVE Mineral Sunscreen. I CANNOT use the sprays or the banana boat stuff anymore because my skin is sooo sensitive.
As a plus size girlie I found yitty (lizzo's fabletics brand thing) has a really good swim bottom and top. They did a special where it was $24 total. Size inclusive, incredibly good quality, and supportive!
I fell in love with the super goop sunscreen, but it's sooo expensive! The daily facial sunscreen at trader Joe's is a great dupe and less than $10!! For my body I'm a full on Neutrogena beach defence 70 SPF because I'm so pale lol

38:10 im so sorry i wish I could help with the bathing suit situation, but my mom has tried for years to find a cute bathing suit for herself. Ive gotten her to be more confident in her gorgeous body because she is honestly the most beautiful woman. Shes a little bigger, but in all the right places. Its been a struggle for her and i am so happy shes started wearing two pieces again

Hero cosmetics sunscreen! They make the pimple patches. I hate the feeling of sunscreen and it feels nice. It is a slightly green tone for redness cancelling so I’m not sure how it would look on dark skin.
SHEIN! I’m a size 12/14 and absolutely love SHEIN 💚 bathing suit and maxi dresses!!! (Always read reviews on fit) has not disappointed.
