Thank you Patrick. What makes me feel most connected are slow movements, challenging enough for my mind to want to run away as it's a bit uncomfortable but also at a point where I concentrate on my breathing to stay in the pose :)
I was wondering if you would consider more Intermediate classes teaching a intro on some inversions?
Amazing class, I really enjoyed it. I haven't done push-ups for a while so this was 👍🏽😅 enjoyed the focus of this class. Personally I'm happy with this level and love yet more, thank you Patrick

Made it through 25 minutes and my arms were spent! I appreciate the pace of this practice as I was able to keep with the flow while maximizing the movement postures. Patrick you have a gift of presence and calmness that is most reassuring. Thank you!

I just scanned through and saw a lot of arm work, so I put in my "watch later" section. I'm healing from a shoulder injury and most of this class is going to set me back. Maybe in a 3 or 4 weeks I can watch and do.

I was here today for an easier class. Obviously I come to Patrick for a challenging, strong practice, but silly me, thought this was going to be somewhat less challenging, wrong!! and although I almost didn't see it through....I did it! So thank you Patrick for giving me the push I needed. Calming, almost therapeutic voice, which challenges us through the practice, and the great feeling of strength at the end, as always a fantastic class.

I love the variety of the movements that your practices provide. Took a lot of effort towards the end to keep my hand in place as the opposite hand reached for the opposite ankle as sweat poured out. All your practices are keepers. Thank you Patrick!
