What an outrageous price point for a very flawed wallet. I’m not a huge fan of the larger metal wallets so it would need to be super nice for me to consider buying. Great honest review. Hopefully they do something to improve it.
If they did offer a lifetime warranty, it’s no longer. On their site they say it’s a two year warranty. I was excited by their Facebook ad and their website, but I’m glad I saw your review to know that this isn’t worth the price for me. I’d be frustrated with this.
I love leather…ill stick with that…too many flaws for me on this one…but then again..im a leather wallet freak…. Love your reviews and honesty on these products…your the best!!!!
I was a trigger metal wallet type of guy but after owning Akeeni, Aviator, Ridge, Secrid and Ekster I realized that no matter how easy it is to access cards at some point the cards become damaged and you have to replace them. Now I'm on a hunt for a leather card case with fast access slots..
For a long time, as the price of Chanel increased, I no longer thought I could afford it. I think I'll be happy that I have the kislux as my travel bag that I don't have to take care of. By the way, I'm sure no one will have a hard time telling the difference. Thanks for the comparison.
I was the one that tagged you to review this wallet. What a dissapointment of a wallet to say the least and the price is not worth it. The price should be around $60
So these guys basically rebranded the wallet as "uniqouch wallet" and uploaded a lot of fake reviews to different platforms. The only improve they made to the design is that now you can buy plates that replace the branded plate with a cashstrap or a leather sleave to store one or two cards. I don't really know if they fixed the mechanism and the reviews I saw were mostly fake and made by freshly created channels for that purpose or people that did not put the product to a rigurous test as you did. I like the design but the way they went about promoting the product seemed very shady. I was surprised when I found your video and pieced everything together. Adding to that, the wallet is even more expensive than the Groove Wallet without actually having a lot of credibility for the pricing. I am not against making videos of your own product, but just compare the videos made by the Ashland's wallet company and those and you see how the Calibur/Uniqtouch guys are just trying to trick you.
So here’s the deal. Uniqtouch got ahold of me and sent me their new wallet. From what they told me is that they’re the design patent owners of this wallet and leased it to The Calibur but yanked the contract when the product quality was inferior. I’ve tested the new wallet and it’s definitely improved. And yes they now sell a cash strap for the back and say the card mechanism shouldn’t be used as a money clip. I hope what they tell me is true because I have a video coming out on this wallet this week

Regardless of that, a quick UA-cam search would make you see the fake reviews clearly placed by themselves. The reviews of the company on Trustpilot don't make sense either because the product isn't allegedly as old as some reviews say. Also most of the accounts reviewing them on Trustpilot don't have more reviews aside from a single one on Uniqtouch. If they believe in their product, they should let real customers and reviewers speak about It from the beggining with no bloat. I was debating between them and Groove Wallet and I went with Groove because I had a much clear idea of what I was buying.

Thecalibur is expensive junk. The Groove seems to be the clear winner. Trayvax has been my EDC for 3 years. My only complaint is that the first card scratches pretty bad.
When Euro came, I changed 4 walets, and those little ones are OK but not for cash or business cards, only feu bills and 5,7 cards . So I haw order lather wallet which they made literally for mee ,and its other dimension . Litle but litle biger that card walet but its fits bills,coints ,and cards and I payd 70€ for whaler whic I will used for ewer.

Looks like they tried to emulate the Groove wallet. They hit on the textured plate to slide the cards out, but missed in the mechanism
