Nah, I think it’s because when you get older you feel more obligated to buy EVERYONE presents. Presents cost money therefore more work time. I have found that my parents have turned Christmas into a chore because of how much they work. This is why I like Halloween better.

It’s the fact that the test is based off of preferences so you may like things that older people like, but it doesn’t mean you actually act mature, just what you prefer, which is pretty unfitting for a test about maturity.
I didn't really like how they based "Mental Age" solely on being strict, unfun, and responsible. There is more to having years of experience and personal growth than that. You can be an older person who likes to have fun, but you would generally have more wisdom than a younger person. Hence the phrase, "Having wisdom beyond your years". Being "old" mentally should only mean that you have enough wisdom, intelligence and judgment to make proper decisions in certain situations. As being "young" mentally should mean that you would make decisions that would not NECESSARILY benefit you in the future, but rather ensure that you enjoy the present. I don't believe that asking questions like "choose a dessert" can portray this. Regardless, it was an enjoyable video to play through! I am 13 btw, and I got a mental age of 21-35 years old.

In certain aspects of society, being a "nerd" simply means that you are academically smart and would prioritize academics over others areas of life. Otherwize, being a "nerd" could mean that you enjoy certain entertainment medias that the average person would find strange. (D&D, Anime etc.) While I am a generally academically intelligent person and am currently taking my credit courses, I also find much enjoyment in using my freetime to do entertaining things; examples would be watching youtube, anime, drawing, animating or gaming. So, yes, the average person could classify me as a nerd, but someone who also has the same nature as me would find me normal. If you would ask me if I classify MYSELF as a nerd, I would likely answer with some witty response like this.

It’s the fact that the test is based off of preferences so you may like things that older people like, but it doesn’t mean you actually act mature, just what you prefer, which is pretty unfitting for a test about maturity.

I didn't really like how they based "Mental Age" solely on being strict, unfun, and responsible. There is more to having years of experience and personal growth than that. You can be an older person who likes to have fun, but you would generally have more wisdom than a younger person. Hence the phrase, "Having wisdom beyond your years". Being "old" mentally should only mean that you have enough wisdom, intelligence and judgment to make proper decisions in certain situations. As being "young" mentally should mean that you would make decisions that would not NECESSARILY benefit you in the future, but rather ensure that you enjoy the present. I don't believe that asking questions like "choose a dessert" can portray this. Regardless, it was an enjoyable video to play through!

(D&D, Anime etc.) While I am a generally academically intelligent person and am currently taking my credit courses, I also find much enjoyment in using my freetime to do entertaining things; examples would be watching youtube, anime, drawing, animating or gaming. So, yes, the average person could classify me as a nerd, but someone who also has the same nature as me would find me normal. If you would ask me if I classify MYSELF as a nerd, I would likely answer with some witty response like this.
