this is why i love ringos drumming. he always knows what type of drumming will suit the song, like the drums in this honestly couldnt be any better, they just work so perfectly
Definitely. Look at the video of Nick Valensi (from The Strokes) playing this song live. Matt Sorum is the drummer and he totally ruins the song by doing way too much.
In the scene in the Get Back film where George says, "I'll be leaving the band now. See ya 'round the clubs." and walked out, he went home and wrote this song. Being a Beatle had become such a headache for him.
Hey there, I have been racking my brain for the last two weeks trying to figure out your process for isolating these tracks. I just bought the 7.1 Bluray for "All Things Must Pass" and would love to know your steps in getting these. I have a bluray ripper but after that, i'm not sure. I have noticed that mvsep is having some server issues (download failing). Would you mind letting me know what you used for software to get the 7.1 mix isolated this good?
Honestly the process is the same as any song, but with a 7.1 mix, you load every channel separately into mvsep.com, so much longer to get, but higher quality!
@@rbstems thank you for the quick response! So how do you get the individual 7.1 channels before you put it into mvsep? At the moment I’m using handbrake to get the 7.1 TrueHD audio as an MKV and putting it into adobe audition to see the 8 tracks.
Horns, brass and sax etc, ruined this song. There is stripped down version of this song on UA-cam, somewhere, which sounds far better than the final take.
0:00 Bass
5:21 Drums + Congas
10:43 Guitars + Brass
16:20 Keyboards + Solo Guitar + Brass
21:55 Vocals
The guitars + brass part sounds awful to my ears. It is that "wall of sound" thing that destroyed this song along with What Is Life. Isn't it a pity.

One of my favorite George songs, it has a lot of energy and strength...
There is so much going on in this masterpiece!!
Of all the post-Beatle solo releases, ATMP will always be my favorite...

11:54 wah pedal sounds great, exquisite. Clapton is god
Magnificent!❤

Los detalles de un genialidad

Omg thank you so much. Never expected to see this
Formidable! 🙏♥
Where did you get the 7.1 mix from
Nombre pa, El ringo se la rifo
never noticed klaus part was so sloppy. but still great
FINE
Could do with the guitars separated really
They were stacked together in the mix otherwise I would have separated them.
There's no pleasing some people?@@rbstems

Spector's bombastic production didn't really help any of the album, in my opinion. The demos that people have uploaded sound better overall, I think.
@@Oceanmachine27the remixed reissue is great. You can hear lots more of the single instruments played. I love listening to it with my Bose earphones.
Indeed. This one and What Is Life, both ruined by that sh#ty "wall of sound" thing !
