SOLD. Thanks for the great review, man! I was still a little bit on the fence. I'm not anymore. Hope I'll get one as good as yours... One remark, though -- and don't take it personally, you're really not alone: you obviously love (your) bass so you really don't have to fight with it that way! Work on relaxing and your playing will go through the roof! Been there... :) Suggestion: google "Keeping Your Left Hand Relaxed: 11 Tips for Bass Players" (NoTreble post) + watch players you admire and who play sometimes very difficult stuff staying really loosey-goosy... Flea is a very very bad example in that respect. ;)
Why not buy the same bass directly from musicstore.de (who makes J&D basses) as opposed to cnzaudio. CNZ's final price is $50 more than musicstore for the same bass
Thank You for your interest. I have a few reasons. First, that is a German site, and shipping costs must be through the roof to get it over the ocean to the US (that is assuming they are based in Germany) next, I do have some connections with CNZ audio, and they are based locally here in the midwest USA. Also, notice the values that CNZ is built on. It is a first generation family business that is doing an excellent job and is also working with ministries for the people of Uganda. I fell like when I buy from them I am a part of helping those who need to hear the gospel. If you would like to read more about CNZ audio, here is a link to their website: www.cnzaudio.com/about-us/ . Along with selling guitars, they also make some really good pedals and other guitar accessories that I have featured on my channel. Go ahead and check out some of my other videos to see those. Anyway, I hope you enjoyed this video, and If you are interested in this bass, I cannot recommend it enough no matter where you buy it from. Thank You for your time!
Thanks for the reply and reasonable answer. Good video with lots of detail on specs. How high is the action on the bass and did you have to adjust it at all? Also, did you experience any fret buzz anywhere?
The action out of the box was just great for me. If anything, It was a bit on the higher side but that is also sometimes my preference. Through my reviews I have been in contact with CNZ audio, and the let me know that every one of their guitars is hand-checked for fret buzz and action, as well as sharp frets are sanded, etc. Although these guitars look and sound great, they are from china, and It really stands out how CNZ wants you to have the best first experience with your new instrument. Also, the necessary tools to adjust the action are included for your further refinement. Thanks for your interest!
@@bigbass1319 I just ordered a jb5 string from cnz. Got to talk to one of the owners. Absolutely amazing customer service and truly honorable humans. Great review thank you!
Hey Dude, nice Video but one I noticed, that everytime you Play the String with your right hand you beat in the pickguard. I could Gear IT even in a Bad amp. But keep in Like you do, great Job!

Perché hai messo un compressore? Si prova senza effetti
