Renshou! - Approach of Chaos

This piece started off inspired by the work of Yuka Kitamura, a Japanese composer popular for her work on video games such as Dark Souls. As I worked on the piece it went through some changes and I found myself diving into Gustav Mahler's works as well as lectures on him and his epic type of music. I believe that led to his music's influence on parts of the piece as well. Naturally I cannot really compare to them but overall I like the way everything came out and I'm happy with it all.
