Nice installation! I have been trying to get my Vicoustic panels onto my ceiling but they keep falling off. Your video goes very fast so it is hard to tell how much glue you are using and it looks like you are putting it on the ceiling then attaching the panel. Also, how long are you holding the foam panel up with your arms before you let it go? I held my up for about 5 minutes and then 15 minutes later it fell off.
What kind of panels and glue are you using? If it's Cinema Round Premium and/or Wavewood Ultra Lite (as used in this video), we suggest you use our Flexi Glue Ultra (or a similar High Tack Glue) applied to the panel's edges and a cross in the middle as suggested in the manual - vicoustic.com/download/products/cinema-round-premium/doc/1 - You must press it firmly to the ceiling with a rigid cardboard for a few minutes without any shacking. If your surface is rejecting it, you should use an Extension Rod/Pole with the cardboard to help it stick. If you wish more help and examples, please reply to marketing@vicoustic.com
Hi. 👋 I want to change my room in the future it's 2,61m wide and about 4,22m long. It's height is 2,48m. I know its a small room but i want to use it alone, so i think it will work. The only 2 questions i got are: Will they also work for a Microphone. Or is this a different technology. I want to use them for home cinema and music production. Also what do you think how many panels will i need, is more better? I will place a big bed in there tho but the walls will be only prepared with your panels. I also have a carpet. Thank you. I know that my chances of someone reading this are very small but who knows...
We suggest you request a project to our team analyze the dimensions and features of your room and send you a recommendation for the projects. You can request a project at: vicoustic.com/project-request
@@vanessaenraymond Thank you for your suggestion. In fact the installers used glue for this project, but we have available alternatives such as VicFix to suspend the panels without using glue: vicoustic.com/search/vicfix

did you glue it on the wall with out any vicfix ?
Yes, with Flexi Glue Ultra: vicoustic.com/product/flexi-glue-ultra
Use magnets so u can re-use or replace the panels. With glue you destroy the panels if you try to get them off the wall.
