I think that's just the curves of his nose. It always looks that way. Who would draw contour lines right above the nostrils like that and if they did, why wouldn't the people filming him tell him about it? It is just the way his nostrils are shaped. I just checked other videos, and his nose always looks the same. It is a shadow of his nostrils because when he lowers his head, the "lines" go away.

This is my absolute favorite cake that you've done so far! I LOVE piping and sugar flower work, so this is the best of both worlds. I also loved this Baroque-style of design ever since you did it on that white monochrome cake! Incredddibllleee!
In French, we say "turquoise" for all color between the blue and green... He was not that far with "turquoi" :) Almost all the setings are white and "turquoise", btw.

The matter isn't lost, though...its easily biodegradable, so it becomes what it once was in very little time. The money certainly isn't lost because cake designers charge a mint for cakes, far more than what it costs to produce them. I personally hate cake pops, so I see why he may not want to make them.
