I used your coffee sponge cake, granilla, maple buttercream recipes and turned them into cupcakes with a little espresso simple syrup in the middle for a brunch I attended. It was amazing!! I made the Italian meringue buttercream and it’s absolutely amazing, mine was raspberry instead of maple and I piped it on top of lemon cupcakes and it got rave reviews.
