Overall Video is good but the background music in video is so distracting ..your voice is less audible than the music... Keep the music level a bit down.. So that viewers will able to easily understand what you are saying..

You don't need to learn how to hold a pencil. Everyone has their own way/style they feel comfortable with. You need to use trial and error method for that

It depends on you if you want feel like you want to draw using a reference then that's completely fine but if you want to draw something on your own that's fine too you can improve by both ways it depends on what you prefer
