People think animators can do anything when there boss tells them they have a strict amount of time they have that strict time limit. Like someone posted they cut corners due to time limit. I don't think Netflix was gonna let them go that hard its not in Netflix style to do things 100% correct. XD

You see some that at times animators cut corners to speed up productions. Lets be real Animation is an assembly line job if you don't believe that. Then i suggest you do some research into how Japanese anime works. Then look into how anime is done here and how the assembly line mind set has really damage the way cartoons / animations are done. As a fan you have freedom to do it at your pace. Professional animators depending on there studios do not. So yeah hate to be real with you but I don't sit down and pretend that thing can be better. If you don't like that tough go talk to god maybe you can ask him to remove everyone individuality so we can all think the same like you and the other privilege fans. :D

I actually loved the original I'm mean it's not easy making a sprite sheet cuz usually the sprite animators just get sprites from sprite resources site but the original actually made their own

I quite enjoy your interpretation of this scene! The way I see it: What Prime tried to do with the whole modified sprites thing but so much better. Sonic definitely isn't using entirely unmodified Advance 3 sprites, but is at least edited with actual care and attention. Gemerl's also edited out for their own safety, thank god. I also like what was done with the post-boss defeat jumping audio, not having Sonic and Tails doing what may as well be a re-enaction of me trying to hit the Carnival Night act 2 boss without super/hyper form lol. It's really good stuff without just mimicing Advance 3 gameplay! Honestly, only thing I'd change is using the Advance 3 rings instead of the Sonic 3(?) rings.

Think you're the first person I've seen depict CD's peel-out full speed run animation in Advance-esque sprites too!

The sprite animation I ever made was a Luigi walk cycle, but good gosh... The one from the show was so atrocious, the sprites looked like some "sOoOoO retrOoOoO" crap. But this is better, good job.
My only criticism for now is that the sprites are inconsistent and their artstyles don't match. Sonic and Tails aren't drawn in the same style, some explosion sprites are from Sonic Mania, rings are from Sonic 1, etc. Maybe you should, at least, edit Sonic's sprites to make them look more in Advance style next time you make animations like that. That's my personal suggestion. And I'm sorry for making it a separate comment from the other one, I just didn't want to edit that comment because I don't want to lose that heart thing, and because you might have more chances to see this if you get a notification about it.
