Hi Dereck, Lara did not miss her cue at all, it's her fans who surprised her by starting the song before she had a chance to at the end of the intro. Then, she lost her composure because she was overwhelmed by the outpour of love that she unexpectedly received from her fans. A unique bond between an artist and her fans. A pure moment of grace as if suspended in time... 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️❤️❤️
Her fans were not helping her, it was a surprise her fans arranged with her pianist to show their love and support to her. It's one of the best concerts and `i keep watching the clip all the time. Lara Fabian is the best singer that ever existed

you can actually hear a fan in the crowd yell "Chante pas Lara" at 1:45 which means "Don't sing Lara". Already then, the crowd has decided that this was there song and they would sing it for her. Instead of singing the lyrics "Je t'aime" they sang "On t'aime" which means WE love you.
To this date, I have not seen another artist live such a moment.

She didn't miss her cue, she was waiting for the dramatic pause and they just started singing. They began singing On t’aime (we love you) as opposed to Je T'aime. watching this video is how I even learned about her. Now I get a fix EVERY day.

I love her performance with the Crowd. The crowd sing "On t'aime" that means "We love you" to Lara and she sings "Je t'aime" that means "I love you" to the crowd. Here we can feel the emotion between them.

A little point of view by a little french (I'm sorry if my turn of phrase in english is confused):
What is really strong during this event it is the moment where Lara realize that it is her public who make a real declarartion of love to her, (" ho damn !! you caught me off guard"-> "ho là !! vous m'avez pris de court là!!" 1min 53sec to 1min 54sec) and it is so powerfull..."we love you" (on t'aime) (in reference at the title and the chorus "je t'aime" -> "I love you") and at this precise moment is borning a real dialogue between the crowd and the singer who say as a confession "I love you !!! You see I love you like this!!!" (as you are) ( je t'aime !!! tu vois je t'aime comme ça) !! it is not a simple song anymore who tell a fiction, but there,the lyrics come to life !! She is extremely moved, and it is impossible to make a more sincere interpretation than this one !! No one (even Lara) can remain indifferent to so much love proclaims by so much people !! Personnally the moment that make me capsized it's the moment where the word "je t'.......t'..aime" can't go out and be pronounce from her mouth... so much that it is heavy of sense !! (3min 28s to 3min 31s)!! For her this night was a real consecration !!!

What the **** I've NEVER seen that much love from any audience ever, she was just so moved by the love of the crowd that she couldn't sing. I'm french and I knew the song and even I was amazed and in tears from the PURE show of, not just love, of a very human and beautiful person realizing how much she's loved. I'm speechless.

You missed the point mate , the fans were not helping her but took her by surprise by singing « We love you » when she says « I love you ». It’s great proof of appreciation and respect from the audience to and for Lara. They know the song by heart and give back to her by singing the song TO her. TCB.
La chanson est "Je t'aime"...mais le public lui dedie son amour en chantonnant "on t'aime". Le public d'une seule voix remplacera systématiquement le "je" par "on" tout le long de cette chanson. Il faut savoir que cette chanson de Lara Fabian est celle qui l'a fait connaitre du grand public et sa toute première chanson aussi.
The song is "I love you" ... but the audience dedicates their love to it by singing "we love you". The audience with one voice systematically replaces the "I" by "we" throughout this song. You should know that this song by Lara Fabian is the one that made her known to the general public and her very first song too.
If you don’t cry listening to this, seriously have some issues (not completely serious), but, I have heard this over 100 times and still cry every time

This song is special to her as it was the one that really brought her into fame, it's when her voice and her audience met. The original vocals are mindblowing. I love that she's stepping back to let her fans own it. She's such a profound person
Lara is one of those artists that really connects with the fans and that goes both ways. I was at a concert in 2010 and she came walking into the auditorium from the back. She passed by where my mother and I were sitting and stopped briefly. I reached out my hand to her and she grabbed my arm and held on for a few seconds while singing. Seeing her looking directly at me and feeling her hand on my arm like that was an amazing moment, one that I relive every time I hear her singing. She has touched me, literally, but mostly with her voice and her music.
I have known and listened to Lara Fabian for many years. As far as I am concerned, not only is she incredibly talented but she is probably the most emotional performer as you can feel her emotions through her music. Just an amazing performer.

This is so beautiful. The fans actually sang the song before the cue in the same time and saying at the chorus "We love you" (Lara) instead of the real lyrics "I love you "(the boyfriend). They totally planned it as a surprise for Lara and you can tell she was really surprised and moved. She also changed the volume of her singing to adapt to her fans. Perfect symbiosys between them!

I had the chance to see her in concert many times and she was unbelievable!! I cried each time! 😅
And she took time for us so I was able to talk to her several times. She is really sweet, very sensitive and endearing. I think that's why she is such a great performer and that she lives what she sings. I love that woman! 😍😍
