    Thank you so much for this recipe, I tried it and it turned out so good! But instead I cut the dough in 6 pieces for the cupcake mould, and they are even bigger! So thank you! I will try to recreate it on my channel soon, will let you know the result!

    Having just viewed your footage, would you be willing to advise me, with regards to adapting the above to a savoury recipe? as I would be inclined to consume them at breakfast. I would assume that the removal of the sugar, would suffice. Thank you for the time you have allocated to my request.

    • @tastycookingrecipes1220
      @tastycookingrecipes1220  7 років тому

      Just dont add sugar to the dough and as filling you can use cream cheese + parsley, for example

      You can't take sugar away from the dough completely... you would still need to add at least one or two tablespoons of sugar or honey (no no-calorie substitution here, it needs to be something with sugar) to feed the yeast. You would also need to knead it more so the gluten gets more development and it rises better, since the yeast has less to eat

    • @eleanorhunt273
      @eleanorhunt273 7 років тому

      Tasty Cooking
      Thank you for your continued tuition, with regards to the above. Yes, one would surmise that the yeast will require an activating ingredient. Coconut sugar or maple syrup will suffice.
      The prospect of a longer kneading period will not be a deterrent. I will inform you of the outcome of this culinary delight. Again, you have my thanks and gratitude.

      Hi, I went grocey shopping so I bought an instant yeast. But after around 45 minutes of kneading the dough with my hands, it was still a bit sticky (and I was very tired ahah). I let it rise anyway, and 2 hours later it didn't move. I'm guessing it has a link with the texture being different than in your video. But I don't see where I could've gone wrong. Could you help me ? Should I use some kind of object to knead the dough ? Thanks
