We live in NY. You cant see everything at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in one day. However, I still think its worth it. So, you just choose to focus on a certain wing or exhibit. I would think the Louvre would be the same.
If you’re going to coin yourself as a “Paris expert” then you should really know what you’re talking about. Saying that the Arc isn’t handicap accessible is just misinformation! There’s actually an elevator!!

There is an elevator at the Arc de Triomphe for those with proof of their disability.
and that elevator is 'closed for repairs' most of the time.
