Hey guys! In today’s video we are doing a small entryway makeover and IKEA Trones DIY Hack! I am also going to be showing you how I decorated my front entryway space, which can hopefully give you guys some entryway decorating ideas. In this video I also show you how to install the IKEA Trones shoe cabinet. This cabinet is GREAT from small entryways and for an entryway shoe organizer. It is also works great for a super easy DIY shoe cabinet and cheap entryway shoe cabinet. This DIY is perfect for any entryway makeover on a budget. I hope this video gave you guys some entryway ideas! I LOVED how this space came out and I hope you guys did too :)

Finally I come across a small entryway makeover that's ACTUALLY small and not a whole fucking hallway. Really neat idea putting the wood table on the shoe rack. Love it!

I love this! Thank you! I especially love the idea to hang something to hide a panel like that. It instantly made the space 100% more welcoming. Instead of wood glue, I would use rare Earth magnets to attach the top to the shoe cabinet and create a secret tiny hiding spot for loose change or something. I watch a lot of tiny home/van life videos and now I want to use every nook I can find to kill clutter in my life. :)

You can take the alarm panel that doesn’t work off the wall and easily patch the little hole for the wires. Looks great! Good video editing, loved the music

Thanks, I would advise using a multipurpose glue like E6000 😊

Love it! I was looking into buying a new shoe cabinet, but the type that I really like it's too expensive, and I really wanted the body of it to be gray but the top to be wood, but wasn't sure how to do that, because in my head I was going to have to buy an expensive shelf that was the right colour and size and at the end it was also to be expensive! But now I will buy the cheap one, get a piece of wood cut to the right size and dye it ❤

Love your transformation. Very useful landing spot. Easy to follow tutorial and genius way to solve how to keep wood piece from sliding. I wonder if it's possible to later paint the plastic on the drawers.

You are cuter than a button! Love the idea and was thinking that cute little wooden top you put on if you did smaller pieces of wood and oriented it the other way that little indentation could be a great secret hiding space!

FYI: As a single seasoned lady, I've learned for security reasons, keys by the door is very convenient for the resident & uninvited guests. Personally, my key rack is inside of my closet.

Hmm you would need extremely strong double sided tape but that would probably leave a hole once you remove it. I don't really think there is 😕

I just got the Trones and was actually also thinking about adding the wooden shelf, but it seemed like so much work...I love the hack wit glueing in the extra pieces of wood. I think I will do it! :)
I also wonder, how is the plant propagating once you put it in the vase and I suppose with no direct sunlight? I got one of those as well, but I'm worried it will die in my not very bright corridor...
You should def try out this DIY! It’s so easy and really makes the cabinet look a lot more expensive. The plant is going great! I find that it doesn’t need/like direct sunlight.

Do you think this could work as a headboard for your bed? I saw this is how IKEA displayed three in their photos. are they hard enough for you to lay back against it as you would with a regular headboard?

Gabby, where have you been all my life? I love your style and you have such a lovely way about you. I would love to see you do a video on how to use a drill. I love IKEA and have their drill but am afraid to use it. Do you use a stud finder before you drill holes in walls?
Thank you Heather 🥺 don’t be afraid! Drills are so convenient and easy to use! I’m not the handiest of people but you should use a stud finder when trying to mount something heavy to the wall like a tv, heavy mirror, etc. I don’t always use one, just depends on what I’m mounting!

It’s pathos! They grow so easily. I just cut the end off of my larger plant and stuck it in water
