@@Haystack461 whats you're opinion on using a "green/non kilmed" log with bark removed and using it for posts and beams for a deck thats 9 posts big 2 feet tall and with full logs for horizontal beams for the structure of the deck? Ofcourse im using the joinery style to connect everything. But you think its ok to use green logs.
also been wanting to build one for my mill. had a log slip out of a chain as i was putting itdown on my mill. thank god nothing got bent. thats when i decided to make something and looking for ideas. thanks

@@adrianchatelaine4857 Having said that as long as what goes into the ground is treated the deck should last for around ten years.
