Four minutes in and I like this doctor already. He just said he is an astute listener of his patients and when they start to tell him about their symptoms and theories he is not dismissive- he really listens! Very refreshing to know that some doctors actually hear what the patient is telling them (especially when they have weird or mysterious symptoms). Will now listen to the rest of the interview👂

I was suicidal. On anti depressants. Having inflammatory responses to all food except meat (very difficult for someone who was plant based for 7 years)... I fixed my stress. Took digestive enzymes, probiotics and 3 years later I'm the happiest I have ever been and can eat most foods now. Gut health is vital.

@@Mirko-95 Honestly I have to say " go to your doctor for medical advice".. but I can tell you what happened for me. I got all my hormones, organs, blood cells, platelets, food allergies tested and everything came back clear.. Once I even ate all the food that caused me the most pain & still nothing. I went to 4 doctors.. I think I got lucky with my 4th doctor. He is vegan, he swims in the ocean every morning. Meditates. And is up to date on mindfulness & gut / brain connection.. It's his opinion that at the height of my mental stress, my body must have seen the food I was consuming as dangerous. Hence why I became reactive to everything except meat... I went to therapy. Started meditating. Removed some people from my life.. I was carnivore for a month. Then I could slowly add in minimal pineapple, rice, kiwi.. I said over and over again "there is nothing to worry about, it is okay for me to eat all foods"... So yeah 3 years of that & supplements mentioned above, I can eat most foods, except grains & legumes. Only rice agrees with me. With limited gluten free oats.

Brilliant man! Please let me break it down for regular people to understand. There is an overgrowth of yeast in the body, that causes histamine intolerance, which causes inflammation. That inflammation makes everything swell and allows more things through the blood, brain barrier. It can cause problems throughout the entire body. If you're seeing these issues with your teeth, they're going on in other parts of the body.

Just a note: I used to have chronic sinus infections, PND and nothing I could do would change the over production of mucus and thus infection. Antibiotics would not touch it, or cure it. I finally had a friend recommend NAC and ever since thenm I have had maybe 1 sinusitis infection since and that has been in more than 5 years! As soon as I think I am getting any sign of bacterial infection, I spray my nose with colloidal silver spray, mixed with a salt tab so as not to cause burning...then, I take elderberry gummies by Sambucas, which kills virus. So between the two of these, plus my NAC and Zinc as well, I am able to stop it in it's tracks. Just an FYI from someone who has suffered enough and found an answer. BTW? NAC has been banned by the CDC because it supports our own immune system. Talk about diabolical plots against the nation! Don't get me started!

@@Pur3Wh1t3Dr3ams Your comment is based on very old data and an old way of thinking. Cholesterol is essential for good health and high cholesterol is a good thing unless the cholesterol oxidises through eating a poor diet. ALL humans are born in a ketogenic state, it's why human babies are the fattest of any mammalian young, so it is clearly not dangerous for humans or we would have died out a long time ago. Reading the symptoms outlined by Augusta, a ketogenic diet would be the first thing I'd recommend, ideally carnivore to eliminate everything that may be causing the autoimmune problems. Hopefully she's not been jabbed, as that may be the cause of the neuropathy. If she has, I'd recommend taking glutathione/NAC supplements as they are antioxidants to remove some of the toxins in the jab.

Good work on what you are saying. Be aware of the quality of the food as you say. All food in pure nature's state is good. Meat, vegetables, and fruit. however much of the food is compromised: Beef that is grain fed, farmed fish, GMO and bred fruits and vegetables (ie bred to have high sugar and taste.) these need be evaluated. 95% human made and processed foods, sugar and oils needs be avoided as much as possible, possibly with the exception of high quality breads, milk products, yogurt, etc. (and these should be eaten with restraint) High quality water also important, out of plastic bottles may nor be good as well as drinking too much of it. Wow man you nailed it! I have just done a ton of research on teeth and pretty much agree with every single thing you said except for brushing your teeth with baking soda. I know almost everyone is saying to brush your teeth with baking soda and I'm in the extreme minority, however, baking soda is an abrasive and it's slowly takes away part of the enamel. I now brush my teeth with just a toothbrush and then I rinse with baking soda and a tiny bit of salt, then I rinse with hydrogen peroxide. The bacteria excrement causes acidity which eats away the tooth. Baking soda is an alkaline, and counters the acidity. Plus, baking soda kills bacteria. I rinse with baking soda throughout the day.
I also just bought calcium phosphate powder to use instead of fluoride rinse. Why put fluoride on the teeth when teeth are primarily made of calcium and phosphate? I think hydrogen peroxide works better at killing bacteria than baking soda, however, it is slightly acidic, so I use hydrogen peroxide once in the morning and once at night. Let me know any other research you come across

@@rawfoodphilosophy7061 I've been doing this stuff for well over a decade. For me, it started when a dentist told me I needed a $2K deep cleaning of my teeth. If I'd had the funds to do it, I probably would have done that awful stuff where they dig into the gums, scraping and all. Instead, I started researching online. Long-story short, I've been to the dentist only a few times since then. No cavities, no fillings, no longer needed the deep cleaning. I've experimented a lot over the yrs. I recently decided to try some healthfood-store paste (no glycerin). Had all the ingredients I know to be good, and it tastes good :-) I liked the convenience, tasted better than salt/soda. Then I noticed my teeth did not feel as strong and nice as they usually do. Started feeling a bit of pain and discomfort in some areas (like was common in the past). My teeth missed the salt/soda :-) Back on it, and it's all good again. Now, to make it taste better, I put a dab of the nice-tasting (and good-ingredients paste) in my mouth first. A famous psychic from years ago did health readings, he said the best thing you can brush with is salt/soda. For me at least, he was right. I've also noticed that my teeth don't seem to like it when I use the HP too often. But I hold it for like 10 mins. Often skip every other day, sometimes a few days in a row. We have to remember that whatever we do, we're messing with the wisdom of nature. Nature likes change, it's constantly changing. So switching it up here and there is a good thing. Plus, have to remember there are good bacteria we want to respect. I like to swish with liquid clay sometimes as well. Sometimes add oregano oil or tea tree to my rinse water. And yes, I rinse with salt/soda as well (sometimes do that instead of brushing in the eve, if too tired to brush).

I'm 3/4 of the way thru and yet (although 'vegetable protein' has been mentioned, somewhat in passing, several times here)...no clarification, or questions about WHAT that is specifically 'looks like, i.e., 'vegetable protein'.
IMO..my educated opinion ..we need to increase our COMPLETE (quality) protein in our plates as we age, to protect our muscles, specifically our skeletal muscular structure AND the process of optimal muscle protein synthesis).
The reason we need to increase our 'quality' protein after the age of 30 & specifically in our 40s,50s,60s and beyon, is because after the age of 25-30 the hypertropic hormones our muscles rely on to grow & maintain their mass, , begin to decline after 25YO and continue to decline as we age. So we no longer have the HGH & other hormones we need for muscle protein synthesis, and so we need to procure our muscle protein synthesis by increasing quality protein (complete protein) in our diet. Muscle is a vital metabolic organ of the body. Too many doctors seem to just ignore this fact.. Skeletal muscle is especially important to maintain as we age - OR sarcopenia will eat away at our skeletal strength. Bone strength, muscle mass, and eventually our capacity for mobility will steadily decline if our muscle protein synthesis AND resistance training is ignored as we age.
IMO, the idea that we, "should have at least 1/3 portion (on our plate) as 'vegetable protein' is... sorry...but IMO, quite a lame statement about our protein needs, especially coming from a physician.

had me interested until you mentions plant based diet. a plant based diet caused unneeded inflammation inside the body that no one needs. it has been documented many time that Carbohydrates and sugars are directly related to all neurological diseases. The perfect diet to prevent and stop any further damage caused from these diseases is the no carb diet or carnivore diet, even the keto diet is greatly suited in prevention and stopping further degeneration. But doctors wont tell you this because it goes against what the Government FDA, USDA, HHS standards have set forth. I watched my father and my uncles health decline at an alarming rate while following the standard diets their doctor had suggested and in the end all they could say is just make them comfortable when in reality this could have been slowed down and they may still be in this world if not for this false information on what is "healthy" when in fact the last 30+ years our health following their eating standards is only making Americans sicker to be more reliant on drugs. When a simple change in you eating can reverse and even prevent you from being sick in the first place, but then again if you not sick the doctors and big pharma wont make any $$$$.

The idea that everyone was well in the past, when every diet was 'natural,' is a falacy. We are healthier now than we have ever been. Doctors will, no doubt, find a treatment for dementia in the future, but the 'modern diet' cannot be blamed for every health issue. Neurological conditions are notoriously difficult to diagnose. In the past, people died of all kinds of illnesses that were not diagnosed. That doesn't mean that those illnesses are in any way 'modern' or attributable to modern lifestyles.
