I think if the cars infront of the factory were sorted by colour it would look more like production cars. Additionally there could be a big parking lot for employees, especially since it is so far away from the city
Quick question? Do you already have a plan for that empty city waterfront area? Cuz it would be really cool if you built a tourist trap fully on modern, also you could make part of it a completely high income very detailed gated community with a private beach and a small marina
Yes, with a casino nearby, a harbor full of luxury yachts, a boardwalk and heck maybe a fancy shopping district. No amusement park or anything, but just a rather expensive tourist trap for the best clothes, gambling and restaurants 😂
To acquire more customers, build more commercial zones, hopefully near the industries; they need the products to sell. If that doesn't work, ensure more customers have easy transportation access to commerce (I don't think they usually buy too much directly from the manufacturer).
I really love the format of flying around the city with you while you show us things. I like cinematics but its nice to get an idea of where everything is on the map when you do tours like this 👍
4:02 I used to think it was like that, too. But it’s not the size of the area that indicates the amount of jobs, but where the line is at. So for example for your industrial jobs is at around 40k, which is where the line is. So not the lowest but the second highest. The commercial jobs is the highest because the line is the highest.
Sometimes, you place the low income housing so close together that it must be claustrophobic living so close to your neighbors. You can probably see everything through their window. I get stress just looking at it, having people be able to see right in your living space. Love the series tho! Always happy to see a new episode 😊
To be honest, that is deliberate. Afterall, it's low rent right? You are not paying for comfort and privacy 😅 But ok, I'll try and be a little 'friendlier' to my low income people.
Not sure if you are aware of this (Isee so many that dont know or realise) but connect between your freight stations. This then allows freight to move around the city and reduces the heavy traffic on the roads.

It's a used car factory!
Good point. I am planning more expansions in the area so will definitely keep these in mind.

@ EXACTLY!
I do have plans for it, but will certainly keep this in mind when I get there. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for the tips.

Oh, that's interesting. Never thought about like that at all 🤔

Great build!
I have missed some of the Coral Reeches video's. Great to come back to this video.
Good to have you back Chris! Been a while since I saw a comment from you 😊
What a great and beautiful for today. Thank you :)
SG, have you tried picking up the crane from the cargo train terminal? It would be a perfect fit to replace the tower crane.
Oh. My. Gosh!! I didn't even think about that. Thanks for this, will definitely give it a try.

Ooooh! I definitely didn't know this. Thanks for sharing, will definitely connect this new one with the old one.
Do you know what else is MASSIVE? 😏
I love your videos. They always look like a living picture from a real city in Google Earth / Maps.
Thanks for the kind words 😊
I heard the accent and immediately knew this is a fellow South African.
Looks like there is a real parking issue in your city. as soon as you build a parking lot it fills up?
Trams and busses on the same road is a bad idea imo. You should have exchange points that are close, but keep the two separate.
Cool, thanks for sharing. Can't make such a change at this point, but will keep in mind for the future.
i think we need airport now since your population is growing time by time
Near this new big industrial hub. It would be perfect !
@saki4031 i think so
YES PLZZ SPESER GAMEING WE NEED A AIRPORT 🙏🙏🙏🙏
I'm still planning up to the airport. But it will come soon, I promise.
The Timelapse music is kinda loud could you possibly turn it down in the future
LOW RENT
What is the name of the map you are building on?
It's the Coral Riches map.
Why is your name sanctum Gamer tho? Are you catholic?
What? You've spiked my curiosity. How are they linked?
